Casa Pollino is a holiday home with two separate living levels. The house is suitable for several families of friends who want their own private living area, but also want to spend time together at the pool or on one of the many terraces.
The upper apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The lower apartment has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the pool area there is also an outdoor toilet and a shower with hot and cold water as well as a covered terrace with a lounge set.
The terrace in front of the kitchen on the pool level is spanned by a large sun sail.
In the covered patio there is a table tennis table and a foosball table.
Our house has a wonderful sea view and a view of the bay of Canyelles.
The 1200 sqm property is completely fenced. The heated pool with sea view invites you to relax and unwind on its sun loungers.
The house has 2 BBQs. If you want to relax in the evening, you can end the day here with a wonderful view of the sea and the lights of Canyelles, enjoying a nice glass of wine.
