This two-storey villa in Medulin with a private pool in the garden is ideal for families. The barbecue and outdoor shower are also at your disposal. The interior of the villa is a mixture of traditional and modern interior style - one of the three bedrooms has a private balcony with sea view and in one bathroom there is a jacuzzi. What more can you ask for!

Quiet House

Villa Nina is a very beautiful, quiet house. The garden is practically secluded, there is a lot of very pleasant natural shade around the pool. Access is from behind a house from the street (it's best to look at a map online beforehand, then it won't be a problem). 2 air conditioners (upstairs and downstairs) work very well, nice pool, which is also (completely made of stone) dog-friendly. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, nice living room, and a large dining table in the kitchen. The house is within walking distance to the beach (about 10-15 minutes, depending on where you are going and how fast you are walking) and near many good restaurants. Very close by is "Samy's Ranch" with quads, horses, and paintball. At the beach, there are many nice shops and boats for rent. Very nice excursion destinations at a short distance (Pula, Permentura - beautiful nature reserve with many coves to explore).

Schönes Haus

We had a few wonderful days at Villa Nina. A beautiful pool, large property, and everything you need is there. Only the porch swing was a bit damaged and the coffee maker took some time. But overall, it was a pleasant stay for everyone.
