The holiday home has been completely renovated and a new fitted kitchen with ceramic hob has been installed. In addition, there is now a dishwasher and a microwave with grill
The house has a small terrace and a lawn for sunbathing. The rooms are distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with fitted kitchen and a small hallway and toilet
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (1 double room, 2 single rooms), bathroom with shower and WC
The lower living area has terracotta tiles, the upper sleeping area has vinyl parquet flooring in the 3 bedrooms. No carpet in the house (suitable for allergy sufferers).

Exit at Cloppenburg/Aurich via the B 72. From the Rhineland via the A 31
(Emsland motorway) directly to Emden. Westerbur is located in East Frisia ...in the district of Aurich, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful North Sea island is a small, quiet and relaxing village about 500 m off the coastal road between Dornumersiel (approx. 3 km) and Bensersiel (approx. 5 km). In just 5 minutes by car you can be at the beach, the harbour, the seawater swimming pool, the mini-golf course, the children's playhouse or other activities , a children's playground and football pitch. Supermarkets, fish shops and restaurants can be found in Dornumersiel, bicycles can also be rented in Dornumersiel. There is a small shop for bread rolls, fresh vegetables and other necessities in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
