Description
This bungalow welcomes you to Haffkrug / Scharbeutz. The beach is only 250 m away and can be reached on foot in 3 min. The centre of Scharbeutz is 0.9 km away and the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is approx. 3 km away. You can look forward to a large terrace with outdoor fireplace, a spacious living room with fireplace, 2-3 car parking spaces, TVs in every living room and the use of WLAN is of course free of charge. The holiday bungalow has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, as well as 2 bathrooms. (full bath + shower bath) The nearest airport is Hamburg - Fuhlsbüttel approx. 66 km away.

Please pay attention to the following travel conditions, because by booking you accept these travel conditions, which will be sent to you online.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Booking/rental contract.
Bookings made via the internet, by telephone or in writing are binding. Please read your booking confirmation carefully, compare arrival and departure dates. If you have made a mistake, please contact us. We are happy to help you on 0160-8465311 and will do our best to assist you with your booking.
2. Payment
The deposit is to be transferred to the account indicated on the booking form. The deposit must be transferred even if the booking is made at short notice. If we do not receive the payment within the deadline, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and to charge you a flat-rate cancellation fee in accordance with clause 3 of this contract. The final payment is due 3 weeks before the start of the tour. If the period is less than 4 weeks, the transfer must be made immediately. If the booking is made at short notice (3 days), the balance can be paid on the spot. If no account details have been given, the amount can be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
3. Cancellation:
Should you unexpectedly withdraw from the booked trip, the landlord's claim to payment of the agreed trip price remains valid. Please submit your cancellation in writing.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the date of receipt of a cancellation notice, the following rates will generally be charged, which are also accepted by the landlord Valid for this bungalow:
- up to the 45th day before arrival 0
- up to 30. day before arrival 50
- up to the 14th day before arrival 70
Thereafter, the general principle of 90 % applies.
Cancellation by the landlord: The landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking within 24 hours in the event of objections. We can withdraw from the travel contract without notice if the implementation of the trip cannot be carried out or is considerably impaired due to unforeseeable events, such as force majeure or similar reasons. Reasons, or is considerably impaired. In this case, we are entitled to provide an alternative offer of equal or greater value. Should this not be possible, you are entitled to a refund of the rental price. Further claims are excluded.
6. Complaints:
Should complaints arise, the customer must contact us directly. A prerequisite for the assertion of any claims is that complaints are made to the lessor without delay. Later complaints will not be accepted.
7. Duties /liability:
The contractual object may only be occupied by the maximum number of persons stated. Deviations from this require prior written agreement. You undertake to treat the booked object with care and to report any damage caused by you to the landlord immediately. Cleanliness is the responsibility of the tenant, as is liability for household effects and furnishings. Broken and/or damaged objects will be charged at cost price. No liability is accepted for theft and accidents inside and outside the booked accommodation.
8. Arrival and departure:
The accommodation booked by the customer is available from 3.30 p.m., departure is at 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. The house is to be handed over swept clean. We recommend that you contact the manager by telephone one day before arrival to arrange the approximate time of arrival. The earliest possible arrival time is 15:30. Later arrival times are possible, but must be agreed in advance. Without prior agreement, the accommodation will no longer be available after this time, although the landlord retains full entitlement to the booked service.

Great, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped holiday home in a quiet location, the beach and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a short time.
The house has everything you need and more! Attention: Bedrooms have 1x a mattress, 1x 2. Keep this in mind if you bring your own bedding.
Absolute recommendation.

Beautiful house in a great location
The house is elegantly furnished with a maritime touch. We immediately felt very comfortable and can recommend the house without reservation, also for families with children or for seniors.
Everything was very clean and well maintained and the contact with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated.
We also very much enjoyed the large terrace including the noble beach chair and the location close to the beach and will definitely come back again!

A very lovely week.
We stayed there with 4 adults and a 3-year-old child. The house is very spacious and tastefully furnished, but still not unfriendly to children. Very pleasant is the direct access to the large terrace, where the child could play outside and was always in view. About 10 minutes to the beautiful, slightly quieter beach section. We would go on vacation there again at any time. Very nice landlord!

Great vacation!
