pretty and spacious apartment, with beautiful panoramic views, located on the ground floor of the villa. The apartment includes a covered and two sun terraces, barbecue and pool. The house is quietly located in the urbanization La Canuta, where many owners live all year round. Upstairs lives the owner couple, which is happy to help you with questions and information.
For the cooler months, electric ceramic plate heating and mobile gas and / or electric ovens are available.
From the large, roofed round balcony, which is equipped with padded garden furniture, offers a wonderful view. From here you also have direct access to the sun terrace and the 4 x 8 m swimming pool with Roman steps. Sun loungers and parasols are of course available. There is also a new brick barbecue area available. A beautiful landscaped garden with the typical plants of the Mediterranean completes your idea of a beautiful and cheap holiday home on the Costa Blanca.
A vehicle can be parked on the enclosed property.

Great vacation apartment, super friendly landlords, highly recommended
The view is fantastic, there is plenty of space, and the vacation rental has everything you need. The apartment is very clean, and the landlord couple is really nice, including "Artus," the lovely house dog who got along well with our dog. The double bed (1.40 m wide) could have been wider for us, but the room is too small for that. You can always switch to the other room (2 single beds) if you are only two. We can really recommend this vacation rental! Note: There are several steps to overcome on the property to reach the apartment and the pool. Overall, simply great: We actually didn't want to leave ... and may come back ...

Holiday in Calpe
We have already been to this vacation rental twice and were very satisfied. The landlords are very nice and are immediately on hand in case of problems. We will also spend our upcoming vacation in the "Villa Eva" and are already looking forward to exploring the area and the great climate.

We were there as a family in August 2018. The landlord couple was super nice and we felt very comfortable. We can only recommend the apartment. The facilities were great, everything was very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely come back if possible. Bernd & Family
