Our holiday flat is located on the 1st floor, with free W-LAN reception in the flat Room layout :2 double rooms and 1 multi-bed room ,additional double pull-out couch ,1 cot on request. All rooms with washbasin. Balcony access. Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, bread cutter, kettle, 4-plate cooker with oven, refrigerator, freezer, breakfast room with flat screen SAT-TV and radio. Bathroom with tub and shower. Separate WC. Use of washing machine on request. Anteroom, large balcony with comfortable seating. Toys for children, sandpit, table tennis on the lawn, badminton, garden furniture and garden barbecue are available for our guests. Free parking spaces

We are located about 2 km from Millstattersee bit higher, very sunny, with a view of our house, skiing and hiking Goldeck.

Smoking is allowed on the balcony or in the garden. In summer, the shops in Seeboden are also open on Sundays.

Skiing Christmas to New Year's Eve
Top accommodation, large, quiet, bright and clean flat, also suitable for large families, advantageous that there is a sink in every room,
we were here for 14 days (2 weekends, Christmas and New Year's Eve) with 6 adults and a beagle
Spittal is an attractive town with a beautiful skiing area and many shopping facilities.
Gerti is the sweetest and warmest hostess you can imagine.

Beautiful, ideal house in a good location.
This house is ideal for excursions in Carinthia. Just a few minutes from the highway and the Millstattersee. The house itself is spacious and has 3 large bedrooms. Also nice is the large balcony on 2 sides of the house so you can always sit in or out of the sun. The host and hostess are very friendly and helpful.

The huge vacation rental is very well equipped, both with all kinds of kitchen appliances, as well as with games, books, etc. Location very quiet, beautiful large garden and large balcony. Despite older equipment, everything is top maintained and spotlessly clean. Mrs. Kalt is also very nice and helpful. Gladly again, the Millstätter See region itself is a dream and not as expensive as, for example, Lake Wörthersee.
