Vacation apartment with deficiencies
We booked this vacation rental because it had good reviews. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. To use the coffee machine, we first had to completely clean it. The filter was completely clogged with coffee grounds, and only brown sludge came out of all the pores. The traces from the previous tenant were also still visible everywhere: floor, table, and bed frame. There were also plenty of cobwebs. After complaining to the rental agency, we were offered a maximum. A follow-up cleaning was offered for the next day. However, the cleaning staff would have needed at least half a day. The outdoor area was also very unkempt and the windows were completely dirty. The fee was defective. It's just a shame that such a beautiful vacation apartment is rented out so uncleanly given the price for the final cleaning. Even if good staff is hard to find today.
