Lovely house in the center,5min from the beach and overlooking the main canal. It's renovated and modern in the center but quiet area. No need for the car! Commercial area 3min walk .
House has 2floors, 3bedrooms, 2bathrooms. Wifi, Air condicion, Tv satelite (german ,french), Private parking, Garage , Solarium on the 3rd floor with view on the main canal. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Owen, Bbq,...etc . Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
1 Bedroom upstairs has 2single beds. Another bedroom has double bed with balcony and view on canal. 3rd bedroom has double bed with private bathroom like a suite. Bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Second bathroom has a shower. The floor in all house is marble floor. Very charming.
Favourite german bar just 1min walk from the house.
