Beautiful, newly built house with private pool in the interior of Istria. Villa Oleandra will delight guests with their modern and comfortable interiors. It consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living area with a dining table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to a covered patio with a sitting set and a private infinity pool. All rooms are air-conditioned. Relax in the crystal clear waters of the pool after returning from the beach or returning from a walk or bike ride.

Location and surroundings of object

Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi ( in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.
