Only a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea beach, this very well-maintained holiday flat for 2 to 4 people with a contemporary feel-good ambience awaits you.
In the large living room there is a comfortable living area with modern entertainment technology (LCD TV (46 inch), Blu-Ray player (both devices 3 D-capable), Yamaha hi-fi system with docking station for ipod/iphone (up to 4) with music reception via Bluetooth for all smartphones) and free WLAN as well as a new kitchenette and a large comfortable dining area
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, external blinds for blackout and a second TV
The children's bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and blackout curtains
The modern bathroom has an integrated shower in the tub
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.
The holiday flat is completed by a comfortably furnished balcony facing south,
a parking space in the parking garage next door (entrance height 1,90m) and
a beach chair at the nearest beach (May to September).

Chic und modern
We really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) holiday in the apartment. Modernly furnished with many details, kitchen lighting, etc., it creates a cozy atmosphere. Central location in Binz, car was safely parked, what more could you want. Thank you very much and see you next time.

Beautiful modern holiday apartment!
You enter and you're on vacation. The apartment is modernly furnished and very well maintained. We especially liked the large cozy couch, and the second TV was especially appreciated by the children. The apartment is quiet. We slept well.
The short distances to shopping or the beach were also nice!
