Description
Through a small corridor you enter the living area. Here you will first find a fully equipped kitchenette (with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, SodaStream, microwave, toaster, raclette machine). Between the kitchen and the living area there is a tiled stove and a dining area opposite. The sofa in the living area can be extended to a double bed. There is a modern Smart TV with 42 inch and a Bose music system.
In the separate bedroom you will find a large double bed. There is also an armchair that you could extend to another sleeping place. A large wardrobe offers enough space for your wardrobe. A large mirror is available
In the bathroom you have a shower tub with glass partition, a washstand with a lot of storage space, a large, well-lit mirror and the toilet. An underground parking space belongs to our apartment.

Our holiday apartment "Höhenrausch" is located in the picturesque Almdorf Silberleiten at one meter above sea level on the Gerlosplatte in the Zillertal; one of the most snow-assured ski areas Austria has to offer - the Zillertal Arena ( - meters), with snow guaranteed until April. The footpath to the lift is about 150 meters. From here you have access to 55 lifts, 165 kilometres of slopes, snow parks, half-pipes and over 30 refreshment points. You can ski downhill until you reach our house.
Skiers and snowboarders alike will enjoy the varied mountain world of the Zillertal Arena,

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: If you need to cancel up to 3 months before the rental start date, this is not a problem. We would not charge you any fees. After that, the following cancellation fees apply: 4 months to 6 weeks before the rental start date = the deposit will not be refunded. 6 weeks to 1 week before the rental start date = 70% of the rental price must be paid. From the last week before the rental start date = 90% of the rental price must be paid.

Super!!!
a super beautiful house! Not big, but super cozy and everything you need is there. near the ski lifts, where you can rent a locker and heated ski boots daily. Holm accessible on foot, 12 minutes. Once again, 1 word great and we will definitely come back!!!

beautiful holiday flat in a great location
The kitchen of the flat is equipped with everything: from a dishwasher, microwave to a Sodastream water bubbler.
There is enough space for a family with a child.
The flat is lovingly furnished, so you feel right at home.
The location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts: it is less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest ski lift. You don't need a car.
We will be happy to come back.

The holiday apartment has a great location... short walking distance to the lift/ski school/ski depot/restaurant. The holiday apartment is very well-equipped and wonderfully cozy furnished. For us, a clear recommendation for 2 adults and a child!!! 5 stars!!!

The all-inclusive package, very satisfied.
The vacation apartment "Höhenrausch" is perfectly equipped. Everything you need for a holiday can be found. It is located in a beautiful area, allowing many hikes to start right at the doorstep.
