The house is a detached stone house with a wooden gable, has a floor area of approximately 56 square meters and is suitable for max. 4 people suitable.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom (1 half-high bed 2,00m * 0,90m wide) with a built-in wardrobe, a shower room with toilet, a living / dining room and a kitchenette with dishwasher, freezer and a microwave with hot air and grill function.
The gallery is equipped with a double bed (2,00m * 1,80m wide) and a wardrobe.
In the adjoining bedroom is a bed (2,00m * 1,40m wide) and a wardrobe.
The large terrace is surrounded by laurel and trees. Outdoor furniture, parasol and ball grill are available.
A parking space is located in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Stellendam is a small, quiet fishing village with about 3500 inhabitants in the province of South Holland, about 45km from Rotterdam.
Bungalowpark Onderdemolen is located on the outskirts of Stellendam and is secured by a barrier system.
Just behind the dike, which forms the park boundary, is the Zuiderdiep, a mixture of salt and fresh water, where you can fish and boating.
In the park there is a tennis court, bowling alley, large playgrounds with football goals, playground with climbing equipment, trampoline,
Children's pool (30cm depth), table tennis room, table football and bike rental.
Next to the reception is a coin-operated washing machine (coins at the steward), coin-operated dryer (coins at the steward) and a payphone.
Directly at the park entrance there is an indoor pool with a waterslide and an adjoining outdoor pool also with a water slide.
The seal station in Stellendam is also worth a visit. (on the side of )
A fish auction, on request with guidance, can also be experienced in Stellendam. (on the side of )
A boat trip over the Zuiderdiep is also an experience. (on the side of )
A wide and long bathing beach is located between Browersdam and Ouddorp on the North Sea.
At Browersdam, seal can be observed in the wild.
Good parking (several large parking lots), beach restaurants and free public toilets are available.
Well within walking distance of shopping are in place. There are other shops in the neighboring towns Ouddorp, Middelharnis and the covered shopping area in Hellefoetsluis.

Beautiful small vacation house with garden.
We had a wonderful holiday in the fully equipped house. The landlord was very nice and helpful. He always responded quickly to our questions via email and phone.
There were 3 of us and a small dog. The park is well-maintained and very child-friendly. Unfortunately, you can only use the swimming pool unrestrictedly in July/August when it is school holiday in the Netherlands.
Otherwise, everything was top-notch.

We stayed in the very well maintained holiday home for 1 week in September 20 and
were very satisfied. From booking to departure, there was contact with the
with the Leber family.
The house was lovingly furnished and very clean.
We plan to rent the house again next year.
We can only rate this house positively and recommend it.

We were guests in August for 14 days in this "small" , but everything you needed, included house. The house is located in a well-kept park, directly connected is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, which we liked to visit from time to time. The North Sea beaches are within easy reach and invite you to all kinds of activities. I recommend the house unconditionally for families with children, couples, singles. We had a friendly and kind telephone and email contact with the Leber family. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Leber family once again for having us as their guests. Kind regards from the Saarland !!!!!
