If this contractual firm booking is canceled, cancellation fees will be charged. Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary. Cancellations require an informal written statement. i. They can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.

Not recommended

According to the contract, the visitor cards should have been sent. (This did not happen / had to be obtained by ourselves)
The code for the key box should have been communicated over the phone 2 days before the start of the trip. (Was only communicated to us upon our own inquiry) And I only received the deposit back after 5 weeks upon request.
I do not want to report on the dirty couch and the uncleanliness.
We cannot recommend the apartment.
