in winter for long-term rental (from 5 weeks) - the well-kept holiday home with private pool is located in a quiet residential area with detached single-family houses, in El Poblets near Denia. The private property is completely enclosed and landscaped with beautiful lawns and various Mediterranean plants. Various terraces invite you to linger. Here you will find sunny spots as well as shady seating and lounging areas under the large palm trees. A seating set and three sun loungers are available for your relaxation. An outdoor shower is also provided. Through large veranda doors, you can enjoy the view of the garden from the house. You enter the property through the entrance gate. The sunny roof terrace offers a beautiful panoramic view of the rural surroundings. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house, even on the glazed terrace, so you will always find pleasant room temperatures in the house and will certainly feel comfortable. An internet connection via Wi-Fi is available. The holiday home is divided into a living room with satellite TV, which is adjacent to the open dining room. On the glazed terrace you will find additional seating options. The like-new kitchen with a serving counter to the dining room is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and a large fridge-freezer combination. Two double bedrooms, also air-conditioned, ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and toilet. For the cooler season, the house is also equipped with central heating. The village of El Poblets is approx. 800 meters away, to the beach it is approx. meters. The nearest restaurant is approx. 700 meters away. To the city center of Denia it is approx. 9 km, on the way there you will find numerous restaurants and bars, sports and entertainment options. the house is perfect
Positives: Everything.
Very good location. No passing traffic. Quickly on foot to the beach or Els Poblets. Very tasteful furnishings. Even curtains that make the house even cozier. Kitchen perfectly equipped. Clever counter cabinet that can be opened from both sides. Beds are super great. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with an experience shower. Waterfall or rain from above, water on 2 positions on the side and a normal shower hose. You can even shower while sitting. Roof terrace with a view over green landscape and even a bit of the Mediterranean Sea. The house is great, the garden beautiful, the pool large. Behind the house you can find shade as well as sun and also shelter from the wind. If I ever buy or build a house, this house would be the right property.
