Upon entering the house you will find the spacious living room, the open kitchen with dining table for 10 people and access to a large balcony, where you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the fantastic view. The spacious living room has a fireplace for chilly winter nights and a large TV with DVD player and a large selection of movies, as well as books in various languages. You also have access from the living room to the terrace with barbecue and shaded dining area.
On the middle floor there are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom.
Each bedroom has a private balcony with fantastic sea views.
On the terrace floor is the billiard room with its own bar and mini fridge. In addition, there are two more bedrooms and a small bathroom on this floor, all rooms have access to the infinity pool and the large sun terrace. On the terrace you will find umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as lounge furniture and a large dining table with seating.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Guests are required to bring their own towels.
On request, a towel set for a fee of 10 € / person will be provided.
For bed linen, a fee of 15 € / person will be charged upon arrival.
At check-in, our housekeeper awaits you upon your arrival and will give you the keys and brief briefings.
He will also record your personal details for registration with the Catalan Authority.
