This flat is located on the 1st floor and was renovated for you in 2018
Look forward to relaxing days in maritime flair!
The living room offers you a flat screen TV, CD radio, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-ring ceramic hob (you can still see the old cooker in the photos), fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle etc..
The west-facing balcony is comfortably furnished.
The bedroom has a wardrobe and a double bed. The window can be darkened.
The chic new bathroom has a floor-level real glass shower, WC and hairdryer.
Please note the maximum occupancy: 3 persons.
WiFi can be used free of charge in the flat.
A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.
As this is a non-smoking flat, smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
A dog up to knee height is allowed by arrangement (plus 10,- €/night and 15,- € surcharge for final cleaning).
An underground parking space is included in the house (length 5 m, clear height 1.70 m: not suitable for oversized cars)
bicycles can also be parked in the underground garage. A small lockable cellar room is available for e-bikes.

Beautiful apartment!

Very relaxed New Year's transition!
We enjoyed the fireworks on the beach, had a lovely dinner at Doldenmädel (recommendation!), and then spent the end of the year in the cozy holiday apartment.
