Best holiday home!
We enjoyed the days in this beautiful house until the last minute! Including the beautiful garden with pool. The landlord couple is very nice and accommodating, no wishes remain unfulfilled! We have already booked the house again for next year!!

Relaxing days
In the past years, we have always relied on the Linse family for our holidays. They rent out beautiful holiday homes in the beautiful Caleta de Velez and its surrounding villages, partly on their own, but also on behalf of others. We always like to come back to Linse's because we have never been disappointed so far. If there are small things to be repaired, they are always done very promptly. After handing over the house, further contact is made via the usual messenger services. Short response times are always guaranteed.
This year we stayed at "La Sirenita" for the first time and felt very comfortable. It is a quite small property on which everything necessary is accommodated. The small pool (depth approx. 100-160 cm) also has the necessary outdoor shower (cold water). The house has a very nice covered terrace. Palm trees, sunshades and awnings provide the necessary sun protection. The house itself lacks nothing. We found the mattresses comfortable and thus found restful sleep after days full of activities.
Up to 4 people can spend a relaxing holiday in La Sirenita. The location of the house is close to all necessary infrastructure (supermarkets, restaurants, bars/ cafes etc.). The beach is within 10 minutes walking distance. The washing machine in the small outbuilding, the dishwasher as well as the freezer round off the offer pleasantly. The property is located on a residential road with little traffic and is not visible, but does not offer a direct sea view.
However, as soon as you leave the property, you have a direct sea view.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
We stayed in the house in August with our 3-year-old and had a fantastic time. The house is equipped with great attention to detail and lacks nothing. The garden is wonderfully overgrown and hardly visible. Our daughter had fun, especially in the clean pool. Shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and the beach are accessible in about a 10-15 minute walk. However, we always used our rental car. The communication and transaction with the landlords also went smoothly. We would come back anytime.
