Spend relaxing evenings with the family on the red leather couch and watch films together on the large flatscreen.
You and your loved ones have a total of 2 quiet bedrooms with 4 box spring beds at your disposal
The first bedroom offers you a double bed (180x200) and its own balcony access. If required, a baby travel cot could be placed here. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In each of the bedrooms you will find your own TV. The red couch in the living room can be converted into an additional sleeping place if desired
For perfect relaxation, there are 2 bathrooms at your disposal. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a whirlpool so that you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you as quickly as possible during your holiday
You can reach the flat on the 2nd floor with a staircase as well as with a lift. If you feel like a bike tour, you can store your bikes in our separate, lockable bike room. You will find a bicycle rental directly on the ground floor of the house
A reserved parking space is of course also available.

This beautiful flat is located in a house built in 2015, directly on Horumersiel's village square
Within a radius of 200 metres, you will find several restaurants and bakers, an ice cream parlour, the village market, souvenir shops, fashion shops and a bicycle rental. The beach and the harbour are also only about 900m away and can be reached very quickly on foot. The marina and the spa facilities, as well as the coast guard boat, which can be visited, are well worth a visit. In addition to numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area, a day trip to Jever or Wilhelmshaven is also possible.

With this flat we would also like to offer people with a handicap the possibility of an unforgettable holiday. The flat is suitable for handicapped persons but not suitable for disabled persons. The flat is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift. All doors are wide enough to pass through with a wheelchair. Both showers are level with the floor and accessible, we will gladly provide you with a shower stool on request. We can also provide you with a ramp to access the main balcony from the living room if required. However, there are no grab rails in the flat. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Very nice apartment!
A very nice apartment in a top location! We didn't find the kitchen equipment to be that good, lids were missing from pots, and the back of the armchair was broken with the plastic coming off. Under the sofa, it was very dusty; I think that in an apartment in this price range, it should be cleaned properly everywhere. For my mother, who is in a wheelchair, this apartment was great. Also, the handicapped-accessible, large bathroom and the fact that we could take the elevator directly to the apartment. We would book this accommodation again without hesitation!

wie schön, dass es Ihnen, und ganz besonders Ihrer Mutter, gefallen hat. An dieser Stelle erst mal vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine im gesamten so positive Rückmeldung genommen haben! Das Topfdeckel fehlten tut uns Leid, so ist das natürlich nicht gewollt. Gerade in der Küche kann schnell mal etwas abhanden kommen oder kaputt gehen, weshalb wir immer alles vor Ort auf Lager haben (sogar Sessel). Für die Zukunft wären wir Ihnen daher ganz dankbar, wenn Sie uns einfach kurz drauf hinweisen, sodass wir uns umgehend drum kümmern können. Darüber würden sich sicher auch die nachfolgenden Gäste freuen!
Davon unabhängig freuen wir uns natürlich, dass es der ganzen Familie in unserer "Residenz Horumersiel" gefallen hat und Sie die schönste Zeit des Jahres, nämlich den Urlaub, ohne zu zögern noch einmal bei uns verbringen würden.
