Description
Our very high-quality, barrier-free equipped, light-flooded holiday flat offers you 3 bedrooms with TV - two with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds. You have 2 modernly designed bathrooms - with sauna, whirlpool and walk-in showers. In addition, there is a fully equipped country kitchen and two sunny balconies that invite you to enjoy a meal outside. The beach chair on the south-facing balcony makes sunbathing perfect. The tasteful furnishings in solid wood are convincing and the lift takes you comfortably to the first floor.
There is a lockable bicycle room with charging station for electric bikes in the courtyard. Each flat has a parking space. Washing machine and dryer, as communal facilities, are located in a separate room in the house

The "Residenz Horumersiel" is located in the centre of Horumersiel. The bakery, ice cream parlour, restaurants, bicycle rental and shops are right next door. The village square, and thus the centre of the village, is right on the doorstep. The beach, the harbour, the thermal baths, the rehabilitation centre and the spa administration are also within walking distance. All kinds of activities await you in the surrounding area. From countless cycle paths to surfing courses, water skiing, stand-up paddling, pedal boating, mudflat walks, football golf, pony rides, the castle museum and the Jever brewery, you will find it all.

Schön, schöner am schönsten
Schon wieder ist ein erholsamer Urlaub in der "Residenz" vorbei - so ein Mist!
Wir können es kaum erwarten bald wieder auf der Matte zu stehen.
Unser Ziel ist es, alle 7 Residenzwohnungen durchzutesten und die Beste als unsere zweite Heimat zu kapern. Doch schon nach den ersten drei Wohnungen können wir uns nicht entscheiden, welche unser Favorit sein soll ... Wo soll das nur hinführen?
So oder so! Alle Wohnungen sind spitzenklasse und mindestens einen Besuch wert.
Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

Gepflegte Wohnung und engagierte Vermieter
Wir haben eine grandiose Zeit in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Sehr geräumig und brilliant durchdacht. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter besitzen offenbar viel Erfahrung und setzen sich garantiert ausführlich mit der Vermietung auseinander. Das finden wir fabelhaft! Alles war sauber und gepflegt.
Wir sagen vielen Dank und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiter.
