Location and surroundings of object
Ideally located between Salo and Desenzano in the southern, wider part of Lake Garda. Insiders may know the picturesque bay of Manerba del Garda, with a view of Isola del Garda and Monte Baldo. A beautiful view over the south of Lake Garda - on clear days even as far as the northern end to Torbole - can be enjoyed from the Rocca di Manerba, a ruined castle on a prominent rock near Montinelle. Montinelle is one of the eight villages that make up the municipality of Manerba amidst the olive groves and vineyards of the Valtenesis. The main village is Solarolo, which lies a little inland from the lake.
Manerba is known for its picturesque shore area with the small harbour Porto Dusano and the beautiful long beaches. North of the Rocca di Manerba, the narrow long headland of Punta Belvedere runs into the lake. From its tip you can wade over to the cypress island of San Biagio, which offers wonderful bathing spots on its shallow shore.
The long beaches, on which there are several child-friendly campsites, make the town a popular holiday destination for families. Incidentally, Manerba is said to have got its name from a temple dedicated to the goddess Minerva. It probably stood on the rock on which the castle was later built.

Everything is fine!
Location brilliant, equipment older but everything works, often noisy on the beach in the evenings and at night on weekends, beautiful complex, great excursions possible, we have never been so close to the lake with a large meadow and a great bathing jetty, good price, we will definitely be back!

Toll gelegen, direkt am Wasser, nicht fancy aber alles funtionell, Wlan hakt manchmal, aber selbst Canpingplätze sind zu Hauptaison schon fast so teuer, Preis-Leistung unschlagbar
