The large windows with electric shutters were recently renewed. High-quality designer flooring has been installed in the two bedrooms and the living area.
It has a living space of 65 sqm and is fully and functionally furnished. There are 2 large bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. In one bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be put together to form a double bed, in the other bedroom there are 3 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm).
The apartment is equipped with a fitted kitchen. This includes a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

Beautiful family stay
The holiday apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and is still not far from the city center. You can reach the shores of Lake Constance in about 20 minutes on foot and then take a nice walk along the shore into the city center. For us as a family with 2 children, the accommodation was just right. The apartment was clean and perfectly suitable for our stay. We particularly liked the size of the rooms and the many storage options. The landlords were friendly and gave us good tips. A small problem with the television was promptly resolved by the landlord. The price-performance ratio was excellent and we would come back anytime.

Beautiful vacation at Lake Constance
We found the location of the apartment very good. Very quiet and yet close to the city. Shopping options (Lidl, bakery, etc.), several bus stops, and even 2 train stations are within walking distance. With the EBC card, you can ride the bus and train for free. Parking is free right in front of the house.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean and tidy. Contacting and communicating with the landlords was straightforward and extremely friendly. The price-performance ratio in the Lake Constance region is unbeatable. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book here again.

Wir haben viele Stammgäste, die seit Jahren wiederkommen, was uns zeigt, dass sich die meisten Gäste hier sehr wohlfühlen.
