Very good stay
The villa on 2 levels was very clean, it was nicely quiet.
The view was breathtaking, there is everything one needs.
The children naturally liked the pool the most.
We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday
Mr Schneider is a very nice landlord. The location of the house is very nice and the view is fantastic.
The house is very beautiful. But unfortunately it is a bit neglected in parts
The flat upstairs is very well furnished. Upstairs everything was clean. What is missing upstairs is a thermos flask for coffee or a larger coffee machine with a thermos flask. The plastic table upstairs should be replaced from time to time, it is a bit porous
But these are small things.
Downstairs the flat is unfortunately quite outdated. The sink is no longer in order and the flat was not really clean. The apartment wasn't really clean, but the cleaner or whoever gets the €95 for the final cleaning didn't have any cups, plates or cutlery.
For the people sleeping downstairs it is of course stupid. Since the barbecue etc. takes place downstairs.
Maybe they should think about putting a 6 person crockery downstairs.
Maybe you should also think about installing an air conditioner downstairs. The fan doesn't really work when it's really hot.
The house could use a coat of paint at the bottom of the terrace.
And the trees and bushes urgently need to be properly supported, then you won't have to fight so much with mosquitoes and the like.

Otherwise we had a wonderful holiday.
And as I said, the house itself is very nice. Especially the flat upstairs. And the price is also completely in order.

Fabulous view
The location of the house is fantastic. Direct view of the sea and the rock. Cosy interior. Air conditioning that works well. The 2 bathrooms are ideal. The pool is a real treat. We had a great time every moment, every day. We also had very entertaining conversations with the house manager, a super guy. We thank Mr Schneider very much for the use of his great house. We can highly recommend this place and would love to come again.

Hello, we're back!! Villa Diane Calpe, with air conditioning!!!!
Now we are here for the 4th time. Everything is great again, we fully recover on our vacation. The peace in the whole surroundings, the very good distribution of this house, the amazing swimming pool are absolute luxuries. The landlord, who speaks perfect German, is super intelligent, friendly, and correct. The property manager as well. You might know the recurring problems with the security deposit. I can tell you for sure, if you treat this beautiful villa as you do at home, everything will run perfectly and correctly here. We have never had any problems here.

Simply wonderful, truly highly recommended!!! Perfect for switching off 100%.
We have been going to Willa Diane Calpe for years now. The house has a great layout and is equipped with everything necessary, so we can comfortably fly in by plane from Germany. Sufficient parking (car always rented in Alicante), garden, and a very good pool. The landlord is super friendly and understanding. The villa consists of 2 residential units, independent apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance. We inhabited the two floors (main apartment) with the beautiful open fireplace. One has a great view of the sea, Calpe, and the surroundings, and we had sun from morning until evening. The car is parked in front of the house. It is a quiet, pure residential area there. A car is absolutely necessary.
Overall, the villa has a high German standard. The furnishings are very tasteful and more or less new. All German TV programs (SAT-TV) are available. W-Lan is free of charge and works perfectly.
What we particularly liked, as it is very rare in Spain, was the comfortable, large bed with slatted frame (usually beds in Spanish holiday accommodations are only 1.90 m long). The two single beds in the guest bedroom also had the same equipment.
There was a large bathroom (very large) and a smaller guest bathroom (downstairs) with only a shower. Particularly pleasant was that both bathrooms had a window. Mosquito screens are installed throughout the apartment. The pool and garden are beautiful. The kitchen is spacious with excellent equipment, including a small dishwasher, very good pans, and pots (not like usual cheap stuff). Everything is available, blender, egg cooker, juicer, etc.
