A stone wall provides wind protection for the south-facing terrace, an electric awning provides shade, and the sunbathing lawn is protected from view.
A parking space for the car is directly at the house.

Room layout on the upper floor:
Bedroom 1 with double bed (2x90x200), single bed (90x190) and access to the balcony.

This cosy and high-quality furnished holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac (Alpenstrandläuferweg) in the holiday home settlement of Neßmersiel.
Neßmersiel is a state-recognised coastal bathing resort and belongs to the joint municipality of Dornum. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
There is an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
A modern holiday home area with houses in the Frisian architectural style typical of the region offers sufficient accommodation for every requirement.
Shopping facilities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, well-developed cycle paths, various sports and leisure facilities in the close vicinity: fishing, swimming, beach volleyball, cycling, skating, horse riding, surfing, hiking, kite flying, etc., all contribute to relaxation and recreation.
Neßmersiel is the "Mecca of mudflat hikers". The expertly guided mudflat walks through the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney start from here.

Very pleasant winter short break.

great holiday home
A house that has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail. Nothing is missing, everything is there! Not just a holiday home, but a temporary home. Perhaps the balcony floor could be sealed against rainwater so that you can sit underneath on the terrace bench in the dry.

Super satisfied. Any time again.
We only took a short vacation but were very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and amenities. We didn't miss anything. When we want to go on vacation next time, we will definitely book this house again. The beach and shopping opportunities are easily accessible by bike (which are also provided by the house), even with a young child. It was a great vacation!
