Perfect vacation

We found the holiday home in a spotless condition. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, everything is perfect, so to speak. We would love to come back.
Particularly noteworthy was the contact with the landlord. The location is quiet, the path to the promenade and the sea is only a few meters away.

It is a bit old-fashioned, but we felt really comfortable.

Comfort and coziness

Quiet yet centrally located holiday home. Offers ample space for larger families. The furnishings are perfect. Washing machine, dishwasher, and many other kitchen appliances ensure a relaxed stay for mothers. But the house also offers a lot for all other family members. Several televisions and a well-functioning Wi-Fi. The bicycles are in top condition. Due to its location, the holiday home is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings. We had a lovely week of vacation that we will fondly remember.

Very nice holiday home at the North Sea

The holiday home Köger in 26409 Wittmund-Carolinensiel pleased us very much and is only a few minutes from the beach. The premises are also suitable for large families. The equipment and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. Especially noteworthy is the presence of bicycles of various types and the cart. Should our holiday destination be the North Sea again, we would be happy to stay here once more.

Highly recommended…..

We rented the holiday home for a week and celebrated our golden wedding anniversary there with the children. We were positively surprised by how beautiful the house is. It is very well-kept and lovingly furnished. Since the weather was also very good, we were able to enjoy the beautiful terrace. The accommodation is also optimal for families with small children, as games, toys, books, etc. are available. We were simply thrilled and hope that we can come back next year.

Super equipped holiday home to feel good.

The holiday home has excellent facilities. There are televisions in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. On the terrace, there is a beach chair, table, and chairs. In the shed, there are several bicycles and a wagon available for free use. The house was very clean and in perfect condition. The key handover went well. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. We felt very comfortable there (this was already the 5th time) and will definitely come back.

Great family vacation

We stayed with our 2-year-old son and grandparents in a very clean holiday apartment. As parents with a small child, one pays even more attention to cleanliness, since a lot is still played on the floor. The equipment of the holiday apartment is fantastic, especially if you're on vacation with children. Here, there are two different high chairs for each age group, a baby bed as well as a travel bed, children's dishes, toys, books, a wagon, scooter, bicycles with two child seats to attach and a washing machine and dryer. Holidaying in a holiday apartment is fun when parents don't have to pack too much :) The location is great. You're directly at the harbor, the tea rooms and restaurants. The swimming pool with sauna is just around the corner with a playground for the kids. The walk to the beach is a lovely stroll. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back :) The Briese family.

A very nice holiday apartment that offers everything for a family! Starting from spacious bedrooms, through two well-equipped bathrooms, to a very friendly designed terrace with a beach chair. We felt very comfortable here! Also, we would like to mention that the apartment is well equipped with the accompanying bicycles, wagon, etc.! You can reach everything on foot or by bike from the holiday apartment. The Caro Railway is also a nice alternative to get to know Carolinensiel.

Great house with super facilities!

My parents have been to this house many times and raved about it. This time I went for the first time and I have to say: they didn't underestimate. The house is quiet and yet centrally located near the beautiful harbour. You can easily go shopping on foot. Parking is available directly at the house. The house has everything you need. The equipment is complete, just like at home. Patio furniture, even a beach chair. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, so we couldn't use it. But our bikes had a dry place in the bike shed, where there are even rental bikes and scooters for all ages
The on-site service was also warm and very friendly. We can only warmly recommend Haus Köger!

5th vacation in the holiday home of the Koeger family. We never wanted to go on vacation by the sea, and now we have already been to the great holiday home of the Koeger and Stroh family for the fifth time. You enter the front door and feel at home. The house is so well equipped that nothing is missing. This time we were not so lucky with the weather and the restaurants because everything was still closed. Thanks to the great kitchen equipment and the new stove, it was a pleasure to cook something delicious every day. Despite the bad weather, we recovered very well, thanks to the great holiday home and the lovely area. That's why we booked again right away.

The flat is in a very central location. It is not far from the centre of the village, the Cliner Quelle and the North Sea beach in Harlesiel. Everything is within easy walking distance. Relaxation vacation

We spent a relaxing time in this peacefully located holiday home, whose amenities and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. With the bicycles belonging to the house, we were able to take beautiful tours. The beach can be reached by bike in a maximum of 5 minutes. Happy to be "repeat offenders"!!!

We have now been to this fully furnished and equipped terraced house for the fourth time. There were four adults with us, and it was a pleasure to spend the holiday in this quietly located house. Also commendable is the included fleet of vehicles: bicycles of all sizes for young and old, balance bike, scooter, and even an e-bike are available. Two parking spaces also belong to the house. Contact with the owner was excellent and when we requested a rescheduling due to personal reasons, we were helped "unbureaucratically".
The on-site support was also very good. We are already planning our vacation days for next year, and this house will definitely see us again! ! !

Anytime again.

We (my daughter, 17, my 4-year-old grandson, my husband, and I) were there for 1 week. We immediately felt at home. The holiday home is very clean and has a cozy decor. Absolutely nothing is missing *****. . . . . even a dryer is available.
Mr. Köger is very friendly and always reachable if you have a question.

The layout and furnishings are really nice.
We were five in the apartment (4 adults with 1 child, 17 years old).

A bedroom upstairs is perfect for a couple as there is a second door (from the room) leading to a bathtub. It felt like a separate little apartment.
There is a shower room on the ground floor.
Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Under the roof is another bedroom. Ideal as a retreat room for the child.

In the apartment, so many "things" (such as insect screens on all windows and blackout blinds on all roof windows, sufficient hooks for towels in the bathroom) have been considered that we rarely found in other apartments.

The selection of bicycles for adults and children is very good (a total of 7, one of them is even an e-bike). Additional locks have even been provided. All bicycles are in very good condition. Accordingly, we have also used them.

The kitchen is very well equipped. Nothing is truly missing.

Also, the terrace with the beach chair is very nice.

In addition, there are 2 parking spaces for the apartment available at the house.

We have felt very comfortable for the second time and certainly not for the last time have vacation in this holiday apartment.

The location of the apartment is very good. Everything is easily accessible on foot. The layout and furnishings are really very nice. We were six in the vacation rental (family with 2 children aged 12+8 and "grandma + grandpa").

A bedroom upstairs was perfect for grandma and grandpa as there was a great bathtub behind a 2nd door (starting from the room). So it had something of a separate little apartment.

The apartment had so many "things" (such as ...) Fly protection for the windows, sufficient hooks for towels in the bathroom) intended as we have rarely found them in other apartments. The selection of "vehicles" there for large and small is fantastic. Even locks were provided. Although we did not end up using the bikes, I think they were in perfect condition as they looked very well-maintained.

My son was also very happy with the sand toys provided. Digging on the beach was also very enjoyable in the fall.

The kitchen is very well-equipped.

The terrace with the beach chair is also very nice.

We felt really comfortable and will definitely not have made the last vacation in this holiday apartment.

Furthermore, there are 2 parking spaces available for the apartment at the house.

Great family holiday home

We stayed as a family with a baby as well as grandma and grandpa in this holiday home located not far from the Harle River. The amenities are great, and even with a baby, we didn't miss anything: kettle, children/baby dishes, plastic spoons, two high chairs, baby cot - everything is there. With two parking spaces, three separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one en suite), vacations with two families are easily possible. We have been here many times and will definitely come back!

...were there for the second time, everything is still excellent, just like the first time. The holiday apartment is well equipped and has everything you need, even bicycles in various sizes, wagons, balance bikes, grill, everything on site, very nice! The apartment itself is very central and you can reach everything on foot in a short time, whether it's the bakery, supermarket, swimming pool, restaurant, historic port, etc., everything in the nearby area. You can also walk to the beach (about 15 minutes), or use the bicycles that come with the apartment, then it only takes 5 minutes :-).
We really enjoyed it again, we will definitely come back again!

IDEALES FERIENHAUS

I spent 1 week of summer vacation with my daughter and granddaughter—3 generations. Unfortunately, the weather did not meet our expectations. Thankfully, we had made the right choice by staying in a great accommodation. Beautifully furnished, especially spacious, and with everything you need. The tourist information office with a swimming pool, etc. is a 10-minute walk away.

Super Ferienhaus

A very nice vacation home with a good location. Ideal for children, short distances to the indoor pool, playground, and playhouse. The shopping street and the beach are also easily accessible on foot. We spent 7 great days there. The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished. It was equipped with everything and offers enough space. There were 7 of us. We can only recommend the vacation home and are looking forward to the next Easter holidays as we have already booked again directly.

Short vacation with daughter and grandchildren

My wife and I, as well as our daughter with her 2 children (10 years and 7 years), visited Carolinensiel and the surrounding area to get an impression of this region. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days available. The equipment in the house is very good, and the bicycles/scooters etc. available are sufficient.

Perfect for a family vacation

Everything was perfect: location, amenities. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike. Nothing was missing in the house, there were even many books and games. Plus bicycles, everything for the children's heart, even a wagon. We felt very comfortable.

We were there at the end of July with a family of 6 (all adults)! The flat is located in a very quiet and beautiful area. It is about 1 km to the beach, which you can easily reach with the 6 bicycles provided. The small shopping mile is also just around the corner, so it's a great location. The house is very well maintained and furnished in the style of a country house! The kitchen is small but fine. + point there for the built-in dishwasher. The TV, Wi-Fi and the music system also work perfectly. The bedrooms upstairs are well maintained. This was definitely not the last time we will be drawn to Carolinsiel and Mr Köger's holiday flat will be our first choice again!

We were thrilled... Everything top...

We (4 adults and 2 children) were in Carolinensiel for the first time... and we were lucky. We ended up in the beautiful, super equipped house of the Köger family. We immediately felt at home.
Special highlights...
All windows have fly screens, sun blinds and blackout blinds. It doesn't get any better than this.
The bicycles are all in top condition.
Wifi...super
The second parking space. Great.
The location of the house is also great, everything within a few minutes walk. Baker, Edeka, gastronomy, miniature golf, pedal boating on the Harle...
We also had great weather, only sunshine

Feel like home

We (4 adults between 50 and 65) have been going to Carolinensiel to Haus Köger for more than 10 years. The house is clean, cosy and well divided. The kitchen is very well equipped, so that you could also cook every day. Because of the two bathrooms with shower and bath, you can easily spend your holiday in the house with several people. The house is centrally located in Carolinensiel, you can reach everything on foot and enjoy the beautiful museum harbour in the beer gardens and cafés. For us, it is like coming home every time.

The holiday home completely fulfilled our expectations and wishes. It is very lovingly and homely furnished, extremely clean and located in a green area on the Harle. The holiday home is completely furnished. Nothing is missing here! The extensive guest information on sights, restaurants and shopping facilities was very helpful.
The sunny terrace from which you can look into the greenery is wonderful!
The central but quiet location makes it easy to reach everything on foot.
Very nice contact with the landlord and very good service on site

From the holiday home, the beach in Carolinensiel / Harlesiel is easily accessible by bike on well-developed paths, just as there is a well-developed network of cycle paths in general.
Bicycles for parents, bicycles for children, a running bike, a scooter and a trolley are available.

We will be very happy to recommend your holiday home to others.

Nothing is missing! It was a very nice week in the holiday home of the Köger family. Everything you need is available, also for children (bicycles, wagon, toys for indoors and outdoors). The house is lovingly furnished. You immediately feel comfortable and everything is within walking distance (bakery, beach, restaurants, harbor). We will definitely come back.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Well-equipped holiday home. The village center with small shops for strolling, supermarket, etc. is easily accessible on foot. The beach is also within walking distance. We didn't miss anything here, we really enjoyed our week of vacation. Trips to Wilhelmshaven and Jever are recommended. Also highly recommended is a visit to the brewery in Werdum.

Relaxing vacation

Arriving at the "Caro" house, one feels at home, only much quieter. Far away from highway and street noise, we were able to relax for a week. As often described, there is nothing missing in this cozy house. The weather was very kind to us, so we could enjoy the terrace including the beach chair. With the great bicycles, we covered some kilometers; the wonderful farmer's café is especially recommended. All in all, it was very beautiful vacation days, and we will definitely come back.

Very nice, relaxing holiday

We were able to relax for a week in April in this very beautiful and well-equipped holiday home. The house is nevertheless very centrally located, shopping and strolling in the direct vicinity. But you can also get to the Harle quickly, the walk to the mouth is recommended. The time was up so quickly, we will gladly come back again!

Beautiful days in autumn

Oh... it was beautiful. In the house of the Köger family, we were able to relax for a few days. Especially the living room created a cozy atmosphere.

The location of the house was great, as it was only a few minutes to walk to the town center for shopping, and the beach was also easily accessible after a nice and pleasant stroll. Of course, we enjoyed eating fish at "Albrechts" every day.
We are already looking forward to being able to vacation in this house again soon.

A very nice holiday accommodation where nothing is missing.
There are plenty of bicycles and toys for young and old, a wagon, and everything to make a vacation enjoyable. Even a doll's pram with a doll is provided, which our 19-month-old granddaughter loved. Our two grandsons (7 and 5 years old) also felt very comfortable here. The quiet yet central location in beautiful Carolinensiel is also worth mentioning.

Beautiful vacation in a perfect accommodation.

This vacation rental has everything you need for a successful family vacation. It is fully furnished for up to 6 people. 3 bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the bathroom. A second bathroom with a shower is also available. For children, everything from a balance bike to a children's bicycle and a handcart is provided. Renting bicycles can be avoided. The location is very central in the city center, so everything is easily accessible. We really liked this house. We can recommend it without hesitation. From booking to on-site support. Everything was great!

. . . as already mentioned above, we found everything to be perfect! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, whether it's a dishwasher, washing machine, beach chair on the terrace (although we didn't use it, but that was due to the weather), etc., we didn't miss anything. The same goes for the fleet of bicycles, wagons, balance bike, everything is there and in very good condition. Also worth mentioning is the central location of the apartment, everything (bakery/grocery store/restaurant/taverns/spa/playgrounds) can be reached within 2-5 minutes on foot.

In conclusion, we will come back! ! !
