Four cozy holiday semi-detached houses near the beach (250 m) of the North Sea resort Friedrichskoog-Spitze. Here you can enjoy your vacation in PEACE with RELAXATION.
Non-smoking houses, pets not allowed.
Free Wi-Fi access for our guests in all houses.
Each semi-detached house has its own entrance. Behind it is a small hallway with staircase. On the ground floor is the shower room with WC. The walk-in shower is especially popular with seniors. In the living room, a leather suite invites you to linger. On the sideboard there is a flatscreen TV (32'') with satellite reception and a small, modern music system.
The open kitchen area includes a dining nook with 4-5 chairs.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds. One semi-detached house has, instead of a double bed in the second bedroom, a trundle bed and a child's bed in the corner (as in the Tötel).
In front of the living room is your own furnished terrace. This is followed by a large, communal lawn area.
Garages for storing bicycles and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer (both coin-operated) complete the offer.

Location and surroundings of object
Our houses are top, a pure holiday residential area in the district. Located at the end of a cul de sac, you will find peace here certainly. There are only 250 m to the beach. Friedrichskoog is a small fishing and seaside resort with lots of nature and healthy air. The North Sea climate is Friedrichskoog loser in harmonious contrast with quietness, space and balance of the peninsula location warm summers and mild winters. The constant sea breeze is companion on all excursions in the nature. A special experience is the constant change between low tide and Beach on green dam is km long and offers everyone a suntrap. On the guarded main beach, there are sections for guests with dogs and those who BB´s textile-free. Beach chairs invite you to linger. For children, playgrounds are before and behind the dike at the disposal.

Successful family vacation
We would like to say THANK YOU for a wonderful stay at Haus Sandboll. We (family with 2 children) all enjoyed it very much here in Friedrichskoog-Spitze and we are already considering spending our next summer vacation at the North Sea again. We wish you all the best and send warm regards.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Mehr Strandnähe ist kaum möglich. Kleine, ruhige Sackgassen, ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
free time activities: Wir konnten in 14 Tagen nicht alles erkunden. Das Angebot ist groß.
shopping facilities: Einkäufe sind ca. 5 km vom Haus im Ort Friedricshkoog möglich. Hier bekommt man alles, was nötig ist.

Tolle Woche
We had a great holiday week at Haus Sandboll with 3 adults and 2 children. The house is overall very well equipped. The bedrooms are a bit small for an extra bed, so it was a bit tight in one of them - but it worked. The living room is spacious and offers plenty of room. The kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you could wish for. Also great is the utility room with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated) and plenty of clothes racks. Served us well after the mudflat hikes. The free bicycles available are great too. Though they are older models, they suit all sizes and are sufficient for short trips. The location of Haus Sandboll is perfect. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The tourist center with small shops, restaurants, and cafes is also within easy walking distance. In good weather, the North Sea and the mudflats are always exciting and interesting. In bad weather, there is plenty to do, for example, visit the thermal baths, the seal station, or the indoor playground "Wal" for children. The organization and process were professionally managed by the landlords. So, contrary to the Swabian motto "net bruddld isch gnuag globt," I have truly praised a lot. In conclusion, from the kindergarten child to the grandma, we all really enjoyed it and would have liked to stay longer. In any case, we were not there for the last time and would love to come back! Vicinity of the holiday home: Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch das Touristenzentrum mit kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
free time activities: Bei gutem Wetter sind die Nordsee und das Watt immer wieder spannend und interessant. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es auch genug zu tun, z.B. Thermalbad, Seehundstation oder für Kinder den Indoor-Spielplatz-Wal.
shopping facilities: Alles was man braucht ist im Ort oder in der Ladenpassage zu bekommen.

Wir freuen uns, dass unsere Bemühungen anerkannt werden. Unsere Häuser sind nur für 4 Personen ausgelegt, da der Raum durch die Bauvorschriften der Gemeinde begrenzt war.
Ein TIPP: Wir haben eine Doppelhaushälfte, wo im 2. Schlafzimmer kein Doppelbett steht. Hier können drei Personen komfortabler unterkommen. Fragen Sie uns gern.
