Ground floor: entrance from the piazza into a living-dining room, from where there is a staircase to an open gallery (height about 140 - 160 cm) with a double bed, and access to a small raised kitchen, which has a second exit to a small lane. Small bathroom with shower and toilet.

Location and surroundings of object

This comfortably furnished apartment is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Scario, immediately on the church square and across from the small fishing harbour, from which guests may also travel by motor boat shuttle service to the unique, small bathing coves. A small private outdoor area on the piazza offers the opportunity to enjoy an alfresco breakfast and watch the lively goings-on. Shops, restaurants and bars are nearby. During the summer months a small stage is established on the piazza, so that almost ‘from the comfort of one’s own home’ one can follow a variety of entertainments. There is parking in front of the house, and during the summer months, when a pedestrian zone is set up on the Piazza between 6pm and 2am, there is a pay car park in the vicinity (200 metres). Well suited for a holiday without a car. Location: in Scario (shops 100 metres), Scario (coast: rocks or pebbles) about 50 metres, Palinuro about 29 km, Maratea about 34 km, Naples (airport) about 200 km, Policastro (station) about 4 km

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
