Your holiday home is also the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful natural area in Carinthia, either on foot or by bike. The Drau cycle path passes directly by our holiday village.
Numerous larger and smaller lakes in the immediate vicinity. Lake Wörthersee and Lake Faaker See are only 20 km away. Smaller bathing lakes are only a few km away. In addition, the Karawanken begin practically from the front door.
The provincial capital Klagenfurt is 25 km away and Villach is just as far. In our holiday village we have two pools, which our guests can use free of charge at any time. : Very nice, cozy holiday home.

We stayed for 10 days at Nicole's house in Feistritz. The house was perfect and absolutely clean. Everything that you need for a vacation was available. The location is also very nice and you can do many excursions in the surrounding area. For those who don't mind driving a bit, the Postojna Caves in Slovenia are definitely recommended. In short, a perfect and relaxing vacation.

Great house in great surroundings

We stayed in the holiday home for a few days over New Year's Eve. Everything you need, clean and well maintained. They took care of the firewood on site and were always available. Gladly again

Rest and recreation

The Claudia holiday home offers absolute peace and quiet even in the high season. Thanks to the Kinderhotel 100m away, our son found nice playmates, so that for the first time ever, the whole family was thrilled. The house and the facilities, which can be used free of charge in the hotel, are very clean and well maintained. We booked at short notice, so there were only 6 days left. We will be back next year for a fortnight. Thank you very much, Mr. Bauer!

Spacious holiday home for up to 6 people in a quiet complex
Practical furnishings to a good standard. Reasonably priced for the size.
Friendly reception by the house manager, uncomplicated takeover and handover.
Swimming pool and wellness area of the holiday village can be used. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area.

First holiday home for families with children

Already upon entering the house for the first time, there was a feeling of "being at home." The house is very well equipped – whether it's a coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher, freezer, pellet stove – everything was there – just like at home. The decor is kept very friendly and bright. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The holiday village is also very child-friendly and leaves nothing to be desired. The heated swimming pond with mountain views in the facility was an absolute highlight. For rainy days, there was an indoor hall where we could play table tennis, billiards, and have fun on the climbing wall. The location of the holiday village is ideal for all activities. Our excursions: Tscheppaschlucht and climbing forest, Bleibergwerk, Wörthersee, Burg Landskron with birds of prey show, waterskiing on Lake Ossiach, Klagenfurter Hütte, boating on the Drau river, shopping in Villach and Klagenfurt (shopping arcades). From the first contact to the end of the vacation, everything worked great.

Very nice holiday house in a wonderful area, just great.

Cozy house ensures optimal relaxation

A cozy holiday home equipped with everything a vacation home should have, located in the middle of a wonderful holiday village. The space is very generous for 4 adults and 3 children! The outdoor area is also ideal for families with children, and the barbecue invites to enjoy a cozy grill party! The friendly assistance on-site, the use of the heated pool, and the diverse range of activities leave nothing to be desired for children and parents!

We, Lotte and Hans Bauer, are private owners of the house and enjoy using it ourselves several times a year. Although we are at home in beautiful Upper Bavaria, our holiday home in Carinthia is even closer to nature and the mountains. Also the numerous lakes in the immediate vicinity are simply a blast.
