The holiday-apartment is a 2-room flat, located in the first floor of our new holiday country house. It was build in 2007 and contains just four flats. The furnished apartment have a living room, 1 bed room with douple bed and an additional single bed, bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen row and a wood furnitured balcony. The apartment furniture are new, high quality and well sensed choosen. It contains toaster, coffee machine, micro vawe, 4 plates cooking field, dishwasher, fridge, electric tilde stove, Bathroom with window. The distance to the sandy beach and the see bridge is just around 200 meter. The apartment is furnished in the maritime style with white and blue colors. The floor is manufactured with artificial wood. All colors and furniture are matching to each other. The flat is expecially suitable for smaller families or couples.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment house with four flats ist located in the northern part of Koserow. From the southwest balcony it has an undeveloped view over the meadows and forrests. You will enjoy the sunset. Over a tree-covered dune way one arrives within less than 5 minutes at the sandy beach (200m) and at the sea-bridge. From there, ships operate during the season to Rügen. All purchase possibilities are located in a short distance. Koserow, appr. convenient located in the center between Karlshagen and Ahlbeck, at the smallest part of the island Usedom is unique and multiform in its nature equipment. Sailers, surfers, wanderers or cyclists, everyone could enjoy and foolows his favours. A special attraction proceeds from the highest "hill" of the island, the Streckelsberg with its 60 m height. From its top it offers itself the viewer a beautiful view on the baltic sea. From here, at clear days you could recognize the white hills on the island Rügen. And often also the chalk rock of Stubbenkammer. In northwest direction is the island Oie located, which makes attentive by the signal lights of their lighthouse on itself particularly in the evening. If you look in southeast direction, recognize the steep banks of the neighbour island Wollin.

Traumhafte Lage
An absolutely fantastic vacation. The apartment contains everything we need for 3 people + dog, for sunny as well as rainy days. Only a few meters from the sandy beach, in a totally quiet location with a view of the forest. In the mornings, we saw deer several times. The sunny location invites relaxation. We had a great running route for our retriever and the dog beach was only 500 meters away. We didn't need the fireplace. We can only recommend the apartment and have already booked for next year.
