Description

Comfortable holiday home from a private owner (renovation in 2023) in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen, located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune with its fine sandy beach.
You don't need a minute's walk from the front door to the seawater (the small beach access is diagonally opposite the front door).
Modern and comfortably furnished, it offers you an ideal holiday destination close to the beach! The house in detail:
The semi-detached house (living area more than 90 m² incl. attic) consists of a friendly living room (south side) with open fitted kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and a small separate WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 room with double bed / 1 room with two single beds) and the bathroom with WC, shower and bath. In the attic there is a 3rd bedroom with a bed and a couch (each of which can be pulled out as a further emergency bed).
Further equipment features of the house are underfloor heating on the ground floor; SAT/cable TV in the living room (ground floor) as well as in the bedrooms (upper floor); clock radios partly with CD at the beds; in the living room there is a radio with Blue Ray/DVD player, a small chess computer, a game collection; the existing (old) bicycles and the charcoal grill in the shed can be used if required.
Also available: a table football table, dimensions: W1300 mm x D700 mm, if it rains.
Internet use / WLAN possible.
Outdoor area:
At the living room there is a sunny terrace facing south (beach chair and furniture available on the terrace).
A free parking space is available at the house (there is also room for a second car).
It is only a few metres to the beach with its infrastructure (beach chair, beach supply, ice cream shop, etc.)

Location and surroundings of object

The quiet location and close proximity to the sandy, clean beach and the promenade and the town center will delight you. Shops, restaurants and beach tent situated at walking distance in a few minutes. The cottage is an ideal base to explore in particular the north of the island of Usedom by the beautiful nature up to Peenemunde. Outside: On the living room there is a sunny terrace in the south (patio furniture available). A free parking space is available at the house (a second car also has space). A few meters away from the beach are its infrastructure (beach chair, beach catering, ice cream parlor, etc.) The Baltic Sea is the latest Ostseebad Karlshagen at the Usedom Baltic coast. Noteworthy are the fine sandy beach, the largely unspoilt dune landscape that blends the perfect promenade. The excellent infrastructure of the place will leave nothing to be desired holiday. Karl Hagen is a very good starting point to explore in particular the green island north of Usedom. Also Peenemünde with its museum facilities to the beginnings of rocketry is always worth a visit. Various excursion boats run from Karl Hagen port along the Peene river and the Bay of Greifswald and the Baltic Sea including the islands Ruden or Greifswald Oie.

Cozy holiday home in the best location

A cozy, well-equipped holiday home in a prime location. Finally, a holiday home with enough storage options in the bathroom! A reading corner with a good selection of books and, to our delight, a foosball table complete the furnishings.

We felt very comfortable!

Top house with great amenities

We (2 adults and 2 children) found a modern fully furnished holiday home that has everything we need. Great location. The foosball table in the living room was a hit for everyone?!

Great house in a very good location.

My husband and I stayed at the holiday home from May 13th to May 20th, 2023. The equipment is great! The direct location to the beach and city center is really great! The only thing I missed on the still cool evenings in the large living/dining area was a wool blanket to snuggle up in after an evening walk. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Cosy holiday home

A very homely and cosy holiday home - excellently equipped. Especially the kitchen equipment (large selection of pots, pans, other kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, etc.) allows for good self-catering even on holiday!
Despite the cold and often rainy weather, we felt very comfortable with two adults and two children. We also liked the proximity to the beach...We would love to come back!

Gladly again

Everything was great. The living space is very spacious and well laid out. We felt very comfortable here. The sound of the sea in the background is included due to the close proximity to the beach. The area is well suited for excursions, and the beach is a dream. Always a pleasure. We will definitely come back!

Top Lage

We felt very comfortable here. The holiday home complex is very beautiful and well maintained. The short distance to the beach and the small center is ideal. The house is very clean and well equipped. Nothing is missing. What might still be desirable are dark curtains in the sleeping area and a clothes rack for wet swimwear. But that's already complaining at a high level ;-)

Successful family vacation

Parents, children, grandchild - all were well accommodated in the holiday home Beese. There was enough space for the family (6 adults, 1 toddler); we didn't lack anything in terms of equipment. Our little one enjoyed the available toys, thank you! Unfortunately, laundry service was not available this year, hence the small deduction in the "service" rating. The location of the holiday home, on the other hand, is optimal.
All family members were very satisfied.

Tolles Ferienhaus

We were guests in this beautiful holiday home for the first time during the Easter holidays, and everyone was thrilled from the first day. This house has everything a holidaymaker could wish for. A large fridge, suitable for 6 people (which is not always the case), super great beds where you won't get back pain, rooms beautifully equipped with large TVs, and the foosball table as the main attraction. In addition, the great location adds to it, within a few meters you are at the Baltic Sea, and can also hear the sound of the waves in the morning or look forward to the sunrise.
All in all, a great value for the price.
We will definitely come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

Pure Baltic Sea :)

We spent 2 weeks with 5 adults in the semi-detached holiday home. The location is ideal: in about 80m you are at the beach and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the main beach with restaurants and music shell. There is a kiosk directly at the beach crossing near the house, which has boats in the morning and plenty of other things for small purchases. The house itself is big enough for 5 adults. Bathroom and bedroom on the first floor are fine, the beds have firm mattresses and are not worn out! The bedroom on the second floor is also fine. (Maybe think about a second bed instead of a sofa, just an idea from here) In the kitchen and living area there was everything you need for a holiday. The terrace had garden furniture, a beach chair and a large parasol. A small barbecue could also be used. We were all satisfied and can recommend the accommodation. For us, it was a good accommodation and ideally located. We would be happy to come back again ourselves.

Fantastic family vacation in Karlshagen/Usedom.

For the umpteenth time, we spent our vacation in the well-maintained and well-equipped holiday home. It offers everything a larger family needs for a relaxing holiday.

From the bedrooms equipped with TV (3!), a foosball table, to the fully equipped kitchen, everything is available and in good condition. Additionally, there is a sunny terrace and a garden shed for bicycles, wagons, etc. The vacation home particularly scores points in addition to its size by its proximity to the beach and promenade. It is only about 20 m to the beach entrance, and after approximately 300 m, you reach the promenade.
The slightly older children can go alone for ice cream, mini golf, or shows at the concert shell.
At the beach entrance, there is a kiosk that provides fresh bread, snacks, and other items daily.
The beach is clean and splits at the entrance into a textile beach in one direction and a nudist beach in the other direction. Karlshagen itself offers various dining options, a beautiful playground, and several shopping opportunities, and is not as crowded as the imperial baths of Usedom.

If the weather does not cooperate, Peenemünde and Trassenheide (neighboring towns) offer a variety of indoor activities. This way, bad moods are avoided.

The Beese family's holiday home allows for a relaxed family vacation for every family member.

We are private landlords who enjoy using our holiday home regularly. The children are grown up now, so we mainly enjoy the low season. Then we especially appreciate the peace and quiet and the proximity to the beach of the house and its surroundings.
