Description
This beautiful new holiday home for 7 people is modern and comfortably furnished and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in direct proximity to the Großer Wariner See. It is only a few steps to the lake or to the free-entry beach. The non-smoking house is allergy-friendly with tiled and laminate flooring and features underfloor heating as well as a wood-burning stove.
The spacious living-dining area with lake view leaves nothing to be desired. A comfortable sofa, a large satellite TV with DVD/CD/USB, a PlayStation with games, and a collection of books and games provide relaxation and entertainment. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). On the ground floor there is also a beautiful shower room (shower with low entry) with towel radiator and hairdryer. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available. The modern kitchen offers a rich array of equipment: oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, high-quality pots, table grill, sandwich toaster, waffle iron, and various other cooking and baking utensils.
One bedroom on the upper floor has 2 single beds and a lake view. The second upper bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Both rooms have flat-screen TVs. All bedrooms are equipped with exterior shutters and mosquito screens. High-quality mattresses and duvets, as well as adjustable slatted frames, ensure your comfort. A practical additional shower room is located on the upper floor.
There is free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). We do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed. A high chair and a travel cot are also available free of charge, and all main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. The terrace with high-quality furniture, as well as the garden, provide relaxing hours in the sun. There is a garden house and a kettle grill. Two parking spaces for cars are, of course, also included.
Furthermore, a 2-4 person canoe/canadier with life jackets in various sizes is available free of charge (use at your own risk, without liability or guarantee).
Warin is an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby towns and the Baltic Sea. Wismar, Schwerin as well as the Baltic Sea with its beautiful Poel peninsula can be reached in about 15-25 minutes. It also takes only 50 minutes to get to the zoo in Rostock, Warnemünde or the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn. Lübeck can be reached in about 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours. In Neukloster (10 km) there is a high ropes course and in Wismar a large leisure pool.

The stork's nest was the perfect place for a nice family vacation. The quiet location with immediate proximity to the lake and the excellent facilities of the house left nothing to be desired.
In sunshine, we grilled on the terrace, and in north German "shitty weather," we used the waffle iron and made ourselves comfortable together in the large living-dining area.
To balance out the resulting caloric surplus, we went on bike or canoe tours, as well as the occasional swim at the beautiful nearby beach. This also offers a variety of leisure activities for children of various ages.
We didn't miss anything, and we definitely want to come back!

Great house in a prime location by the lake.
"The Stork's Nest is a modern and very lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday home with absolute full facilities. Everything was available down to the smallest detail, nothing was missing!!! We very much enjoyed the peace and the proximity to the lake. We were able to use the existing canoe for wonderfully relaxing paddling tours on the lake. Bike and hiking tours also start directly in Warin and in the immediate vicinity. We had a very nice holiday, felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back."

Beautiful holiday home in prime location
All in all, an excellent house in a prime location by the lake and in the sun, superbly equipped with everything, very nice landlords and caretakers!

Top holiday home (:-)))
We were at Storchennest for the first time and can only report positively, a great house with everything your heart desires. The property is located directly at the lake, a short walk to the lake swimming pool. We all (6 people) can recommend the house without any restrictions, a return visit from us is also possible, so off to Storchennest in Warin (: -)))

Friends vacation
Great house with plenty of space for 6 people. Nothing was missing. The bathing lake right outside the door and many beautiful cycling tours. What more could you want???? We will gladly come back!!!
