Description
There is plenty of space for up to 8 people on two floors in this comfortable new holiday home. (5 rooms, 2 bathrooms) The house was built exclusively from ecological natural building materials in a traditional Darß construction method and is furnished in a maritime ambience. The interior of the house is completely plastered with loam, which is particularly beneficial to health, as loam plaster balances the air humidity and also absorbs pollutants from the air. A fully equipped large kitchen, many retreats, a fireplace, a heat cabin, high-quality appliances and beds await you. Outside, you can make yourself comfortable in the 900sqm garden, on one of the two terraces or on the large roof terrace with a panoramic view over the garden to the horse paddock.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet location near the Bodden on the outskirts of the village, directly on the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. You can reach the west beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, in approx. 25 minutes by bike through the forest or in 5 minutes by car. 500 m distance to the Bodden, 5000m to the Baltic Sea/West beach. Situated directly on the European cycle path. Bicycle rental, bakery, grocery shops available in the village. In the immediate vicinity you will find natural meadows, dreamy paddocks and attractive surfing spots.

Great holiday home
We spent a week with the family in the house Ankerplatz and felt very comfortable, as we lacked nothing. You can tell that a lot of effort was put in. The contact and booking went smoothly.

Mega beautiful holiday home
Dreamy holiday home – simply perfect!
We had a fantastic time in this beautiful holiday home! Upon arrival, we felt right at home – the house was super clean, lovingly furnished, and well equipped.
We were especially thrilled with the large garden with terrace – perfect for grilling, relaxing, and enjoying nature. Inside it was just as cozy: comfortable beds, a modern kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can spend wonderful time together. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well-connected, allowing for quick access to excursion destinations or shopping opportunities. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back – absolute recommendation!

Great holiday
We spent two great weeks in this beautiful house. The house is very tastefully and lovingly furnished. The house does not promise too much from the pictures and everything is there. It is worth every cent. The contact with the landlords is very friendly and uncomplicated. We would be happy to recommend the house and the Darß to others.

wonderful holiday home
A dreamlike house in a quiet location on a large, naturally landscaped property in a natural, original building style. Very tastefully and completely furnished house, even the kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Great view from the bedrooms of the paddocks and the herb garden. The house's own chickens provide fresh eggs every day. A generously designed living and dining room area on the ground floor with the complete kitchen equipment are the highlight of the house, but also the bathrooms are great designed. The natural construction method ensures a pleasant tranquillity in the house.

We, the Grolik family, started building this house in summer 2016 and finished it in spring 2018. The house was built as far as possible according to old traditional building methods and we did most of the work ourselves. For example, father and son harvested the reeds for the roof themselves. We spent many days together on several trips collecting the various small details for the house. Mother and daughter were of course responsible for the interior decoration and were inspired by old captain's houses. We will be happy to show you on site where you can take the eggs from the henhouse and explain the different herbs in the herb garden.
