Description

Warm Istrian sun and crystal clear sky just minutes from the beach! The garden is private, fenced and safe for children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A beautiful covered patio is just above the pool, and a large BBQ is for your exclusive use. The garden also has a trampoline and a swing.

The interior is new, spacious and luxurious! A huge, comfortable sofa is in the large living room. Air-conditioned, clean and nice. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. There are two bedrooms and it is possible to place an extra inflatable mattress for 2. All rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor! Wi-Fi is available.

The nearest beach is only 5 km from the house. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops can be reached within 15 minutes. Parking is secured in front of the house!

Krmed is a small village with friendly people in a quiet and peaceful area. Around the village are many meadows and forests, with hiking trails and bike paths. The sea, the beautiful west coast of Istria with romantic sunsets, is only 10 minutes drive from the Villa Roža.

The beaches nearby are long, there are many coves with beautiful pebble beaches. Rovinj is a beautiful old romantic town, 25 minutes away from Villa Roža. With many street artists, galleries, beautiful beaches, restaurants, beautiful views and concerts.

The nearest shop is in Smoljanci, 3 km from the villa. There are many good restaurants within a 20 minute drive.

Very relaxing vacation

We spent a week at Villa Nora. Everything was great! The kitchen is very well equipped. The dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, etc. The terrace and garden are very private. We felt very comfortable with three children and a dog. The hosts, Maja and her husband, are very lovely people. There are shopping opportunities in the neighboring town of Bale. Overall, it was just right for us!!! We will definitely come again! Regards, Lilli

The landlords are very nice and also very helpful... The location was unfortunately not as described, that's why fewer stars, but otherwise everything was okay... They should slowly replace the inventory.

Ups and Downs/Vacation 10.09.-24.09.2022

The house is basically well equipped. Contrary to the description, the location is not 5 km from the beach but between 15 and 19 km. The coast cannot be reached in 10 minutes, but rather in 20 - 25 minutes if you drive fast.
The house is located directly on the well-travelled Svetvincenat/Bale road, so there is some traffic noise.
Since there is more construction going on in this region, you have to expect a certain amount of noise.
The landlady is very friendly and always easy to reach, in general the accommodation is o.k. and can be recommended.
The prices for 2023 are not in proportion to what is on offer, however, the prices for 2023 are a bit out of proportion in Istria.

For the price, quite alright.

At the end of May, we stayed at Villa Nora for the second time. The house is located relatively quietly, about 20km from Rovinj. It doesn't have a high-end interior, but the house is still quite new and for 630 euros/week at the end of May, it was fine. Unfortunately, the price for the same time period in 2023 has skyrocketed to 990 euros/week. Therefore, I booked a villa in Jopi for 880 euros in the same time period. The house and garden are larger and the interior is clearly of higher quality. In conclusion, for 630 euros, some sacrifices can be made, but for 990 euros, there are definitely higher-end villas available.

Very nice family holiday

Super clean and in good condition
The house met all our expectations.

The only drawback is the lack of a dishwasher.

The landlady is incredibly nice, obliging and helpful!

Superb holiday

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful holiday home. We used the pool with its 24 ° (despite the cooler nights) every day, and also the great barbecue was used often. Our dog also liked it very much. The house was always nice and cool, and our fear that the many stones would be too hot for dog paws was not confirmed. On the contrary, they were really very pleasant. The small town of Bale is only 10 minutes away by car, there are some small places where you can eat well
All in all, a successful holiday, far away from Corona.

Highly recommended!

We spent a very nice week with our child and dog in this holiday home. The property is securely fenced with a beautiful stone wall. We always had breakfast or meals outside under the pavilion, as it was well protected from the sun. We used the lovely stone grill twice, which was a lot of fun and tasted good. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Persic with guest gifts. The communication was smooth. Overall, we can highly recommend the holiday home.

a totally great vacation

We spent two weeks in this beautiful accommodation. Three people with two dogs. The house's amenities are great and nothing is missing. We felt very welcome and can only praise the landlords, you do not meet such nice and courteous people often. We felt very very comfortable and will be back next year. The fenced property is perfect for the dogs, so you can let them roam without any fears. My mom had the twin room with the large deep shower, which was perfect for her! We are looking forward to next year and say until then: see you soon and many greetings.

Top Unterkunft

We stayed in the house for a week. Everything you need is there. It was perfect for us with a dog, as it is fenced. Beautiful pool, BBQ, and garden furniture, just perfect.
We will definitely come back! Very nice and accommodating landlords.
