Description
On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen, the dining room with adjoining living room with SAT TV, 1 bedroom with double bed 180 cm x 200 cm and bathroom with shower/WC suitable for the disabled. The bedroom is conditionally accessible with a wheelchair. Direct side access to the double bed is not possible.
On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, a bedroom with 2 single beds 2 x 0.90 m x 1.90 m and a baby cot, as well as a separate shower/WC. Furthermore, there is a living room on the upper floor with a sofa bed, which can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation (1.80 m x 2.00 m) if required.
Outside, there is a covered outdoor seating area with barbecue available for guests. Parking space and WLAN are available. Pets can only be brought along by arrangement. The well-equipped, barrier-free holiday home is located in the district of Windeck-Imhausen in the immediate vicinity of the Sieg and the Siegsteig. The location is an ideal starting point for your activities, e.g. hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, use of outdoor and indoor swimming pools, etc..
There is a petrol station with a kiosk in the village itself. Good pubs and restaurants with German and international cuisine can be reached within a radius of approx. 3-10 km. The nearby shopping centre Rosbach can be reached in 4 km. The railway station Au/ Sieg can be reached in 3 km.
Access for guests
Our guests have complete use of the ground floor and attic of the holiday home. If desired, you can use the washing machine in the basement. Access to the holiday home is via the separate entrance door on the ground floor. The access is barrier-free.

There is a petrol station with a kiosk in the village itself. Good restaurants with German and international cuisine can be found in the immediate vicinity (3-5 km). You can do your shopping in the shopping centre Rosbach, 4 km away. The railway stations Au/ Sieg (3 km) and Rosbach/Sieg (4 km) can be reached.

The nearby Natursteig Sieg is, as befits a trail, a hiking trail that avoids wide paths, gravel roads and especially asphalt roads. Instead, the Natursteig Sieg often leads along small paths over the mountain ranges with ever more captivating views of the increasingly narrowing and winding valley upstream that the Sieg has cut into the Rhenish Slate Mountains. One of the special features of the Natursteig Sieg is its excellent connection to the railway network. The route and stage layout have been chosen in such a way that it is easy to travel to and from the trail by train via the Sieg Valley line. You can also reach the Marienthal monastery with its entrance to the Westerwaldsteig via various access hiking trails.
The "kabelmetal" cultural centre in the Windeck-Schladern district offers a rich programme of cultural events during the week and at weekends. The nearby Windeck Castle and the Sieg Waterfall are a "must" for every visitor to the Windecker Ländchen.
The Panarbora amusement park is about 15 km away near Waldbröl. The heart of the nature adventure park is the 40-metre-high observation tower, from which you can enjoy an exhilarating view of the Bergisches Land from the 34-metre-high observation platform. From here you can access North Rhine-Westphalia's longest and barrier-free treetop trail and discover nature from a completely new perspective. On a running length of metres including the lookout tower, it leads on a circuit through the various tree vegetation zones
Thanks to its optimal transport connections via the Siegtrasse of the federal railway, Windeck offers a fast and speedy connection to the centres on the Rhine. Trains run every half hour to Siegburg, Bonn and Cologne. A visit to these Rhine metropolises is worthwhile.

Tip Top Vacation Home
We were able to spend beautiful days with 2 families in the vacation home. Very nice and uncomplicated landlords. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished and prepared for our visit. Thank you very much for the lovely conversations and excursion tips.

One of the best experiences we have ever had with holiday homes! The house is large, has many beautifully furnished rooms and is above all very clean and tidy :) We really felt very comfortable. The location is also very nice, so we were able to do a lot last weekend :) And then there are the extremely friendly landlords! Very open and helpful ☺️? 10/10

we had our dog, a Labrador, with us, walking him was no problem at all, after a few meters, we were in the open field, beautiful circular paths near the house, the holiday home is highly recommended.
