There are 3 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and large windows to let the sun in. The kitchen is fully equipped, the inside is air conditioned, there is a washing machine and a dryer, the living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed.
There are two parts of the house, one for the guests, and a completely separate part of the house with a separate entrance for the owners. The owners are a friendly, accommodating family who will be happy to recommend their favorite restaurants, beaches or tours.

Location and surroundings of object
In the spacious green garden of 1300 sqm, there is a private pool, a dining table in the shade, and a charcoal grill. In a fenced green area near the house lives a small, friendly and peaceful pony, a real treat for the kids. In the courtyard of the villa there is a large parking lot in the shade under a tree.
Villa Oaza is a newly furnished, fresh and spacious holiday home, on the west coast of Istria. In a small village near Višnjan, with endless meadows, beautiful vineyards, olives and true serenity. But from the nearest beach only 5 minutes away, and from Poreč, only 10 minutes drive through the picturesque streets of the Istrian peninsula. The wonderful romantic and interesting Riviera, with many restaurants, clubs, concerts, street parties and street performers is just minutes away.

Cancellation terms:
- You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
