Casa Nuova is the younger but bigger sister of Villa Verdi, opened in 2018. It is a brand new holiday home - also near the small, typically Italian village of Brezzo di Bedero on the east coast of LAGO MAGGIORE (Provincia Varese). At the end of a cul-de-sac without any through traffic, the property is also a small oasis of peace that invites you to relax:

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by providing a written declaration; the relevant time is when it is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease, they must pay lump-sum compensation as follows: Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% thereafter and in case of no-show: 80% The tenant can nominate a replacement tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship under the same conditions.

Beautiful house with panoramic view
We were three couples of senior age and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house very much. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired.
We were thrilled by the unobstructed view of the lake and the snow-covered mountains.
We can unreservedly recommend this house and will certainly come back
come again.

Highly recommended.
We were completely satisfied, everything you need was available. If there was a problem, it was solved as quickly as possible. Can only recommend it. The way to the lake was as described. No staged photos or fake pictures, everything exactly as on the website, really great.

Casa Nuova is a beautiful place to spent your holidays. Close to Lago Maggiore and from the house a panoramic view!

: Perfect accommodation.
The view is unique - palms and water below, snow above, unobstructed view all around. Interesting birds, such as Common Stonechats, visit the garden. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Highly recommended - we were there with adult children.
