Villa Irene is located in a small village near the most brilliant sea of the Adriatic. Beautiful and secluded beaches are only 15 minutes away from Villa Irene. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The villa is located in a sunny and warm area, nestled in the clean and intact nature.
The garden of the villa is large and spacious - over 4000 sqm of total privacy. Pool, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbecue are at your disposal. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Together with the living room sofa, the house has a capacity for 10 people. Cots are also available.
The house is air conditioned, free wifi is available and secure parking is secured.

Šumber is a small village only a few kilometers from Labin and 10 minutes by car from Rabac and its seductive pebbles.
Enjoy the privacy of nature and the tranquility of the location, while being close to the most brilliant sea in the Adriatic.
All you will hear during your stay is the peaceful humming of the trees, which will make your holiday totally relaxing.
The nearest city is Labin. Built on a hill with a rich and magnificent history. You will be amazed by the underground tunnels that used to be coal mines, and today by an open museum. The cultural, musical and gastronomic events are often such that there is always something to do.
Rabac is a famous destination with many romantic walks, good restaurants, friendly people and good music.
Also, all the best beaches in Istria are on the east coast, whether you prefer active and well-visited beaches or the remote and private wild beaches. Only a few minutes drive from the villa and you are there.

Beautiful Villa Irene
We spent 9 nights with a total of 5 adults and 4 children (1 baby) in Villa Irene and we lacked nothing. It was very clean and tidy. The pool and the slide tower were of course the highlight for the children. The house is very well equipped and we felt completely comfortable. A baby bed and high chair were also no problem and were ready for us. Kristian is a very nice landlord and the communication was great. We would love to come back.

Top holiday home
It was a very nice vacation in this accommodation. Nothing was missing, everything was clean, huge property with many opportunities to move and play, the pool is large and really great. The landlord is very nice and accommodating. Everything worked out perfectly here. Would come back anytime. Thank you for everything.

Very beautiful house in a quiet location
We stayed as a family with eight people for a week. The villa is spacious and well equipped. Everything was very clean, and we felt comfortable there. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are air-conditioned. The Wi-Fi connection is stable.
There is a great Weber gas grill next to the terrace. If the pool were heated, you could stay in the water longer during the off-season ;-)
The host is easily reachable via WhatsApp. Due to its secluded location, it is quiet and has a large property. Shopping facilities in Labin can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to Rabac. We can recommend the villa.
