Welcome to our 3 room flat "ISABEL", which is modern and furnished to a high standard, is located on the 1st floor attic, has a living area of approx. 60m² and offers space for 2-4 people. You will find peace and relaxation on the approx. 9 m² south-facing balcony.

Bicycles can be stored in the lockable storage room. Of course, a parking space is available free of charge directly at the house.

We would also like to point out that the town of Zingst charges a spa tax.
The spa card costs per day/person:

Children and young people up to the age of 16 are free!

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels the lease without naming a subsequent tenant, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, if re-renting is not possible. In the event of a cancellation, a handling fee of EUR 30.00 is charged. Cancellation: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
