The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, radio, open kitchenette with dishwasher and dining area. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and TV, a bathroom with window, which was completely renovated at the end of 2015, and a large balcony with a view of the newly designed Lindenpark, are also part of the holiday flat.

There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement of the house, which can be used for a small fee. For your car there is a parking space with the number 27 directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable storage room, which is also located on the property.

Our holiday flat is located in Lindenstr. 14 in the Villa Parkblick and offers you a special recreational value through the pleasant flair of the well-kept house, its quiet location, the wonderful view of the Lindenpark. You can reach the beach in approx. 400m. The main shopping street, Strandstraße, is about 150m away.

The shops for daily needs such as baker, butcher, fruit shop, etc. and a shopping market are within easy walking distance.

We would also like to point out that the Ostseebad Kühlungsborn charges a spa tax. The spa card costs per day/person:

High season (HS): - = 2,00 EUR
Low season (NS): - = 1,00 EUR
Children and young people up to the age of 18 are exempt!

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels the lease without naming a subsequent tenant, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, if re-renting is not possible. In the event of a cancellation, a handling fee of EUR 30.00 is charged. Cancellation: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
