Description
The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, radio, open kitchenette and dining area. The bedroom located in the open gallery has a TV, a double bed (180x200cm). The bathroom has a window and was completely renovated at the end of 2016. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the city forest and Lindenpark. Free W-LAN is available for our guests.
In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a small fee. For your car there is a parking space with the number 21 directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable storage room, which is also located on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic seaside resort of Kühlunsborn is located on the Mecklenburg Baltic coast, about 30km from Rostock. The beach promenade is the longest in Germany. The fine sandy beach stretches for almost 8 km. The beach has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for several years.
Our holiday flat is located in the Villa Parkblick, and offers you a special recreational value due to the pleasant flair of the well-kept house, its quiet location, the wonderful view of the Kühlungsborn city forest and the Lindenpark. You can reach the beach in about 400 metres. The main shopping street, Strandstraße, is only a short walk away
The shops for daily needs such as baker, butcher, fruit shop etc. and a shopping market are within easy walking distance.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the lease without naming a subsequent tenant, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, if re-renting is not possible. In the event of a cancellation, a handling fee of EUR 30.00 is charged. Cancellation: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
