Description
an exceptionally spacious country house with plenty of room that will delight you. It offers a living area of 350 sqm and its own private park property of 4000 sqm in a quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve. The property is screened from view, so you can move about here completely freely and unselfconsciously. Only the entrance area is visible from outside. Even the private pool is exceptionally large and, with its length of 14 m, invites you to swim a few sporty laps. You will certainly find relaxation while strolling through the well-kept, beautiful park grounds.
The pleasant living atmosphere will surely contribute to your relaxation as well. An oasis of recreation and a dream for every garden lover. Romantic terraces and a separate barbecue house invite you to linger. A well-kept sunbathing lawn borders the 14 x 5 meter private pool. Here you will also find shady spots and can make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. For "sun-seekers," a sun terrace is also available. For your convenience, the pool is equipped not only with a ladder but also with a built-in step staircase. A diving board also ensures swimming fun. Undisturbed bathing pleasure in a wonderfully green setting. With the 350 sqm of living space, you will find plenty of room here.
You enter the house, which is protected by an alarm system, through a small entrance hall, from which you reach the upper floor, which is divided into a large living room with satellite TV and fireplace as well as an exit to the rear garden area. A small anteroom with a sofa, a double bedroom (2 single mattresses) with sea view, and a bathroom with shower and WC are also available on this floor. From the entrance, you also reach the two additional double bedrooms (one with a 1.50 m wide mattress, one with two 90 cm wide mattresses) through an anteroom with a sofa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and a small anteroom with seating. The large fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove with oven, double-door refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, and microwave combination unit. In the adjoining room there is a washing machine. You can also access the garden from here, as well as the barbecue house with cooking facilities, and through a passageway to the dining room and another, smaller living room with a stereo system and a second staircase to the upper floor. The house is equipped with an internet connection via Wi-Fi.
A garage is available for your car. If you arrive with several cars, you will also find additional parking spaces within the enclosed property. Bringing pets is allowed.
Despite the quiet location on the edge of the Montgo nature reserve, somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can reach the sea, about 10 km away, as well as the center of Denia in just a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities, bars, and restaurants are about 3 km away. Here you can spend a holiday in a rural setting and still not have to do without the numerous amenities of a larger resort.
