The house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen and living room. From the living area there is a terrace exit with a dining table, pool and garden. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor. The first floor of this new built house consists of three bedrooms with own bathroom. Two bedrooms has a direct exit on covered balcony with a seatting garniture and sea view in the rental price included use of internet, bed linen and parking is located in the enclosed courtyard.
