Description
Our beautiful holiday home is located at Villapark Oesterbaai, a 5-minute walk will take you to the beaches of Wemeldinge.
There is a parking space at the house. You do not need to check in at the reception. You can enter the house yourself with the keys that are in the key safe. The key safe is located next to the gate of the house. You will receive the code at least 1 day before check-in.
Through the front door, you enter the hall with the toilet. On the lower floor, you will find the living room with an open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, a refrigerator with freezer, combi oven,
dishwasher, gas stove, coffee maker, and senseo.
The living room is modernly furnished, with a corner sofa, dining table, and television with many channels,
Wifi is available for free.
On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are rented out.
The largest bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle. In the bathroom, you have access to a shower with a rain shower head. You can also use the washing machine and dryer there.
The fully enclosed garden is conveniently located, with sunshine throughout the day, and offers plenty of privacy.
Under the roof there is a dining table and storage for the garden cushions. There is also children's toys available for you to use.
Directly behind the garden is a playground, which can be accessed through the private garden gate. Ideal for small children. Pets are not allowed in our home.
In short: A beautiful holiday home equipped with all conveniences, 5 minutes from the beach and a playground adjacent to the garden, where you can thoroughly enjoy your vacation.

What to do in the area
Bicycle rental
You can rent bicycles (including electric ones) at the park's reception if you would like to try one of the bike routes.
Playground
There are two playgrounds in the park with various play equipment such as a spring bull, multi swing, climbing frame, climbing route, wooden football arena, benches.
Jeu de boules
At the park, near the reception, you will find a completely renovated jeu de boules court and a table tennis table. You can rent jeu de boules balls at the reception desk, and you can buy or rent paddles and ping-pong balls there as well.
Table Tennis
Enjoy playing table tennis; we have the paddles and balls at the reception.
Library
There is a small library at the reception where you can borrow books.
If you haven't finished reading the book during your stay, feel free to take it home with you.
Golf
A short distance from our park, you will find De Goese Golf. The golf course is a polder course where on 12 of the 18 holes, the player has to deal with water hazards. There is also a 9-hole par 3 course. This is the largest golf complex in Zeeland. Here you will find, among other things, a challenging 18-hole competition course. It is a beautiful, water-rich park course, built in the Zeeland polder landscape. The course has wide fairways, creeks, and water features. Diving
diving hotspot Wemeldinge-Kattendijke
On the south side of the Oosterschelde lies the first 5*-diving hotspot of
the Netherlands.
Underwater, the diving spots between Wemeldinge and Kattendijke
are known for their abundant and varied marine life.
Especially Belgian divers are well acquainted with these diving spots. Therefore, the Dutch diving federation NOB, together with the
Belgian diving federation, the municipalities of Kapelle, Goes, and the European Union
have realized above water facilities for recreational users, so that you can dive here
in a comfortable manner.
In the year 2015, the European championships
in underwater photography even took place here.
Sailing
If you want to enjoy a day on the water, Zeeland offers numerous
opportunities. There is plenty of space to make a beautiful sailing trip. The nature is beautiful and with a bit of luck, you might see seals lounging in the sun on drying sandbanks.
If you don’t wish to sail yourself, but still want to go to sea, you will find numerous skippers in Zeeland who would be delighted to take you on board.
You can also take some sailing lessons during your holiday.
Culinary
When one mentions Zeeland, mussels immediately come to mind in the culinary sense. And rightly so, as you can enjoy this Zeeland delicacy all year round. But Zeeland has so much more to offer in the culinary field. The Zeeland cuisine is a combination of salty and sweet. The salty consists of fish, mussels, crab, oysters and not forgetting the Oosterschelde lobster. But you will often also find sea lavender or samphire on the menu here.
You certainly know the sweet delicacy, the Zeeland bolus, but also not to forget the Zeeland babbelaar.
Zeeland also has its own brewed beers and the largest vineyard in the Netherlands is located in Zeeland. Just a few kilometers from Wemeldinge, in Kruiningen, is
Restaurant Inter Scaldes, with 3 Michelin stars and in Wilhelminadorp,
Restaurant de Katse Veer with 1 Michelin star.

Great house!
Very pleasant, spacious, and clean house that is equipped with all conveniences; you lack nothing here.
Lovely garden with various terraces and direct access to the playground. Beach and center are within walking distance.

super good, beautiful, large, and clean house with everything on and off. we missed nothing. available: many games, books, a radio, and a TV. the garden even had a covered seating area where you could eat (even lit in the evening) when you stepped out of the garden through the second gate, you were immediately in the playground. we were there in bad weather but had a great time in the house and on the island. very friendly people everywhere.

We zijn ist september 2017 trotse eigenaar van deze splendid, modern in-law vakantiewoning. We hebben voor deze lokatie gekozen, omdat we graag aan het water vertoeven en het pal aan het strand ligt. Wemeldinge is a splendidly picturesque Zeeuws dorpje, met een mooie jachthaven en vele restaurantjes. De omgeving is splendid he is genoeg te doen. Ons huis he een heerlijke zonnige tuin, wilt is omgeven door veel groen, dus veel privacy, waardoor je helemaal tot rust comt.
