Description
The detached bungalow is located in a quiet and traffic-calmed park directly behind the dike. The bungalow is fully insulated and has central heating, thus allowing for unrestricted use during the autumn and winter months.
The property is completely fenced and surrounded by tall hedges.
You can expect a lot of privacy. Children or your four-legged friend can move around the property without any worries. There are 2 terraces, in front of and behind the bungalow, and a lawn area for sunbathing, playing, etc.
At any time of day, there is enough sun or shade, as you wish.
With the LED TV, you can receive via satellite (all German programs).
Fast WLAN/WIFI is available for free use.
In addition to the modern living area with an open kitchen, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The two sleeping areas are equipped with 1x double bed (1.40 x 2.00) and 1x 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00, which can be pushed together). One of the bedrooms has an LED TV with satellite.
The outdoor area is equipped with a beach chair, garden table, 4 garden chairs with cushions, 2 sun loungers with cushions, a sun umbrella, and a Weber kettle grill.
If you arrive with your four-legged friend, you will find an orthopedic dog mattress (Dog Bed) in the annex. Bowls for food and water are available.

The bungalow, suitable for 4 persons, is located in a quiet and traffic-calmed bungalow park directly behind the dike.
The park has direct access to the sea. The beach can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
Four-legged friends will also enjoy their time at the separate dog swimming area. For anglers, there is a first-class fishing water right next to the park. For children, there is a playground at the park entrance. On the beach there is the Lemmer Beach Club, from which one can enjoy a beautiful sunset over the sea in the evenings.
In the basement of the Beach Club, there is an indoor pool with a water slide and a kiddie pool.
Across from the bungalow park is the "Iselmar" Sports Hotel with a large harbor, bar, restaurant, bowling alley, squash, swimming pool, sauna, boat rental, and washing machines. The infrastructure in Lemmer is excellent; there are numerous shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and grocery stores like Aldi, Lidl, and Jumbo in the town.

The place Lemmer:
Lemmer is a Dutch town on the edge of the IJsselmeer with about 8,520 inhabitants. It belongs to the municipality De Friese is one of Friesland's most important water sports and has a center function for the south of the province of Friesland. Lemmer is located in Lemsterland - a water-rich area with many lakes - next to the IJsselmeer for example still Tjeukemeer and Groote Brekken. These are suitable for many forms of water sports and fishing.
Ice skating is in Lemmer Volkssport. When severe frosts are announced, large parking lots are flooded and form - together with the frozen canals - large skating rinks. Also sailing is in Lemmer folk sports, with many sailing schools.
Lemmer was one of the most important fishing ports in the Netherlands and at times had a fleet of more than 140 ships. The Lemster Aak is the type of a historic flat-bottomed sailing ship and comes from Lemmer. The sailing yacht of Princess Beatrix, De Groene Draak, is a Lemster Aak. The importance of fishing dwindled with the construction of the dyke and the Flevoland embarkation. Today, Lemmer has a center function for the southern Friesland and the northern part of Flevoland. Due to the location at the end of the Prinses Magriet Canal and the proximity to the IJsselmeer, water sports tourism is of great importance today. Every year the Lemsterweek is held with a series of events. It attracts up to 85,000 people.
Absolutely worth seeing is the is the largest and only still working steam scoop in the is located in close proximity to the bungalow , the Wouda pumping station was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as a highlight for the protection of the people and the country against the forces of nature, here the water, represented by the Dutch engineers and architects.

Thumbs up!
We spent two wonderful weeks here with 2 dogs. The property is very well maintained and the holiday home has everything you need. The good fencing is perfect for the dogs. There was very good contact with the landlords. The center is within walking distance and parking is not a problem by car. The property is absolutely recommendable.

Great lovingly furnished holiday home in a super location
We were able to spend a nice, relaxed time in the holiday home; everything that was needed was there! The contact with the landlords was very pleasant. And the best part was the quick way to the dike and beach, which made the walks with our dogs even more enjoyable! We can recommend the holiday home 100% and we would love to come back if we are allowed ❤️

Beautiful little spot of earth
We spent a week as a family, with a dog, in bungalow number 4 and felt very comfortable. The small but nice bungalow is very clean and adequately equipped. Very quiet location and a short walk to the beach, as well as to the town center of Lemmer. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful chalet
We were in July 2025 for a week with our dogs in this beautiful holiday bungalow. It was a great holiday accommodation. Very nicely furnished and everything was available in sufficient measure. The double-secured garden also prevented our small dogs from escaping. The contact with the landlords was very nice and polite from the beginning. We simply felt completely comfortable. Vacation with dog in Lemmer
The holiday home was very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and we lacked nothing.
The communication with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated.
Our dog really liked the garden.

Das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Unserem Hund hat der Garten sehr gut gefallen.

Es ist schön eingerichtet, das Bad hat eine große begehbare Dusche, die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Utensilien sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts.
Fernseher mit allen üblichen deutschen und holländischen Sendern, Wlan und Heizung funktionieren einwandfrei.
Durch eine vordere Terrassentür sowie eine gegenüberliegende zum Garten gut belüftbar.
Der Garten nach hinten raus ist wunderschön und völlig sichtgeschützt. Wie auch der vordere Garten/Terrassenbereich. Alles ist abgesichert, Hunde können dort unbesorgt frei und ohne Aufsicht laufen gelassen werden.
Ein Riesenvorteil ist auch, dass der vordere Gartenbereich durch einen Zwischenzaun und Hecken zum Weg hin abgetrennt ist. Das bietet auch hier Sichtschutz und man kann die Hunde vom Weg fernhalten, wenn man möchte.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ausgesprochen angenehm und sehr nett, einschließlich eines kleinen Willkomens-Geschenks. Jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen, transparente Abwicklung, ausführliche Informationen.
Alles in allem auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne!

Ihren Bungalow kann man wirklich empfehlen.
Es ist alles da was man benötigt, absolut sauber, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten gut "entschleunigen" und haben die kurzen Wege zum Strand und auch ins Städtchen genossen.

Nah am Wasser und zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist die City schnell erreichbar.
erst mal vielen Dank für die Geste die auf dem Tisch stand. Das Ferienhaus kann man wirklich empfehlen. Es war alles drinnen, was man für den so täglich braucht. Es war super sauber. Die Matratzen waren toll, denn wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt.
Lemmer ist ein schönes Städtchen. Bis dort hin kann man prima zu Fuß gehen.
Wir denken mal, das wir wieder kommen.
Ihren Bungalow kann man wirklich nur empfehlen.
Es ist alles da was man benötigt und alles aber auch wirklich alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und absolut sauber.
Sehr gut geeignet für Menschen mit einem Handicap,,kleinen Kindern und Haustieren.
Auch der WhatsApp Kontakt hat sehr gut geklappt.

Unser Hund was sehr gut aufgehoben ,,, bzw ein Abhauen war nicht möglich.
Die Fahrräder waren auch top .
Und unser Hund , hatte sein Kuscheltier verloren bzw verbuddelt ..

Ich war mit meinen Freunden, ihrem Enkel und drei kleinen Hunden im Ferienhaus. Alle haben ihren Platz gefunden. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Sehr gut ausgestattet und bis ins kleinste Detail gut durchdacht und liebevoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
Wir (3 Mädels Ü-50 und unsere Hunde) haben uns sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Der Strand, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben in der Tat alles optimal vorgefunden. Selbst wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre, hätte man sich im Haus selbst TOP wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter hat mit Liebe ins Detail an ALLES gedacht, um den Urlaub eine Superbasis zu geben. 5-Sterne.

Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war super nett und bei der Buchung hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
Wir hatten eine tolle erholsame Woche und werden ganz sicher nochmal wiederkommen.
Das Grundstück ist wirklich komplett eingezäunt,was für unseren Hund toll war.
Der Ort ist wunderschön und Urgemütlich.Man kann ihn prima zu Fuss am Wasser entlang erreichen oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.Das Auto brauch man dort nicht wirklich.
Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Hausverwalter,die jederzeit erreichbar und mit Rat und tat zur Seite standen.
Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder !
Der Bungalow liegt optimal , die Ruhe war herrlich. Wir haben eine sehr heiße Woche erwischt , aber im Schatten im Garten konnten wir schön relaxen. Innen wurde es sehr warm , aber durchs abendliche lüften haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Auch ist man schnell am Deich , kann zum Steg gehen oder zum / Strand Beachclub laufen .
Hundestrand sehr klein , auf den anderen Abschnitten sind Hunde verboten. Man kann aber überall auf den Wiesen sitzen oder laufen.
Gerne wären wir noch geblieben und
kommen sicher wieder.
Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Den Hundestrand fanden wir ein bisschen klein und schwimmen ist für die Hunde nicht möglich, weil das Wasser sehr flach ist. Lemmer ist ein sehr schöner Ort, man kann gut einkaufen und lecker Essen gehen. Danke an Fam. Hölzner für den netten Kontakt. Vielen Dank
Das Ferienhaus und der Garten waren super. Wir wären gerne länger da geblieben. Ausstattung toll und man hat alles was man braucht. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, toll war auch der zweite Fernseher im Schlafzimmer...
2 Terassen. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar. Die Anlage ist ruhig. Im Essbereich ist ein grosses Fenster, somit schön hell. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und werden auf jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen.
Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und schön ruhig gelegen,dennoch zentral mit kurze Wege zum Meer und in den sehr schönen Ort Lemmer.
Wir werden mit unseren Fellnasen sicherlich zu Wiederholungstätern.
