Description
The detached bungalow is located in a quiet and traffic-calmed park directly behind the dike. The bungalow is fully insulated and has central heating, thus allowing for unrestricted use during the autumn and winter months.
The property is completely fenced and surrounded by tall hedges.
You can expect a lot of privacy. Children or your four-legged friend can move around the property without any worries. There are 2 terraces, in front of and behind the bungalow, and a lawn area for sunbathing, playing, etc.
At any time of day, there is enough sun or shade, as you wish.
With the LED TV, you can receive via satellite (all German programs).
Fast WLAN/WIFI is available for free use.
In addition to the modern living area with an open kitchen, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The two sleeping areas are equipped with 1x double bed (1.40 x 2.00) and 1x 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00, which can be pushed together). One of the bedrooms has an LED TV with satellite.
The outdoor area is equipped with a beach chair, garden table, 4 garden chairs with cushions, 2 sun loungers with cushions, a sun umbrella, and a Weber kettle grill.
If you arrive with your four-legged friend, you will find an orthopedic dog mattress (Dog Bed) in the annex. Bowls for food and water are available.

The bungalow, suitable for 4 persons, is located in a quiet and traffic-calmed bungalow park directly behind the dike.
The park has direct access to the sea. The beach can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
Four-legged friends will also enjoy their time at the separate dog swimming area. For anglers, there is a first-class fishing water right next to the park. For children, there is a playground at the park entrance. On the beach there is the Lemmer Beach Club, from which one can enjoy a beautiful sunset over the sea in the evenings.
In the basement of the Beach Club, there is an indoor pool with a water slide and a kiddie pool.
Across from the bungalow park is the "Iselmar" Sports Hotel with a large harbor, bar, restaurant, bowling alley, squash, swimming pool, sauna, boat rental, and washing machines. The infrastructure in Lemmer is excellent; there are numerous shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and grocery stores like Aldi, Lidl, and Jumbo in the town.

The place Lemmer:
Lemmer is a Dutch town on the edge of the IJsselmeer with about 8,520 inhabitants. It belongs to the municipality De Friese is one of Friesland's most important water sports and has a center function for the south of the province of Friesland. Lemmer is located in Lemsterland - a water-rich area with many lakes - next to the IJsselmeer for example still Tjeukemeer and Groote Brekken. These are suitable for many forms of water sports and fishing.
Ice skating is in Lemmer Volkssport. When severe frosts are announced, large parking lots are flooded and form - together with the frozen canals - large skating rinks. Also sailing is in Lemmer folk sports, with many sailing schools.
Lemmer was one of the most important fishing ports in the Netherlands and at times had a fleet of more than 140 ships. The Lemster Aak is the type of a historic flat-bottomed sailing ship and comes from Lemmer. The sailing yacht of Princess Beatrix, De Groene Draak, is a Lemster Aak. The importance of fishing dwindled with the construction of the dyke and the Flevoland embarkation. Today, Lemmer has a center function for the southern Friesland and the northern part of Flevoland. Due to the location at the end of the Prinses Magriet Canal and the proximity to the IJsselmeer, water sports tourism is of great importance today. Every year the Lemsterweek is held with a series of events. It attracts up to 85,000 people.
Absolutely worth seeing is the is the largest and only still working steam scoop in the is located in close proximity to the bungalow , the Wouda pumping station was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as a highlight for the protection of the people and the country against the forces of nature, here the water, represented by the Dutch engineers and architects.

Great lovingly furnished holiday home in a super location
We were able to spend a nice, relaxed time in the holiday home; everything that was needed was there! The contact with the landlords was very pleasant. And the best part was the quick way to the dike and beach, which made the walks with our dogs even more enjoyable! We can recommend the holiday home 100% and we would love to come back if we are allowed ❤️

Beautiful little spot of earth
We spent a week as a family, with a dog, in bungalow number 4 and felt very comfortable. The small but nice bungalow is very clean and adequately equipped. Very quiet location and a short walk to the beach, as well as to the town center of Lemmer. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful chalet
We were in July 2025 for a week with our dogs in this beautiful holiday bungalow. It was a great holiday accommodation. Very nicely furnished and everything was available in sufficient measure. The double-secured garden also prevented our small dogs from escaping. The contact with the landlords was very nice and polite from the beginning. We simply felt completely comfortable. Vacation with dog in Lemmer
The holiday home was very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and we lacked nothing.
The communication with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated.
Our dog really liked the garden.

Vacation with dog at the IJsselmeer
Outstanding location. Only about 100m to the dike. This invites beautiful evening walks. Despite mixed weather, we had 2 lovely weeks here at the location. The accommodation is excellent and equipped with everything. Our Havanese felt very comfortable in the fenced garden. We would love to come back someday. We can highly recommend this accommodation.
