On the ground floor there is one large and one smaller kitchen, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a recreation room, two storage rooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, a long balcony with a beautiful view, and 2 bathrooms.
A lovely holiday house in the middle of a picturesque landscape in the heart of Istria. The house was newly built in 2013. years old and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together. It is newly and modernly furnished, and the comprehensive equipment offers the comfort you need for your luxury vacation. On the ground floor there is one large and one smaller kitchen, two living rooms and a dining room, a recreation room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, a long balcony with a beautiful view, and 2 bathrooms. The large pool has an area of 70 m2 and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue in the garden, where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. Also, there is a children's playground in the yard. The pool is designed to be easily accessible to children so that parents can fully relax and enjoy their vacation.

The villa is ideally located: in the center of Istria. It is in a small village named Sutivanac, surrounded by nature, very quiet and inspiring. Perfect location for exploring Istria, and it's cultural and gastronomy pleasures. Everything is in a radius of maximum one-hour driving.
The villa is on a small hill which gives it an amazing view on its surrounding.

Super house TOP TOP
Very large, super modern and well maintained house (photos according to reality) with a great view of the mountains/ green landscape. So right to relax from (city) stressful everyday life and enjoy peace with family & friends
Central location to explore Istria. Small corner shop 5min by car, nearest restaurant 8km
House owners super friendly and great hosts.

Very beautiful
The villa and the view are much more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The beach can be easily reached by car in about 20 minutes.
