Description
The detached house in the village Deveses, near Denia (Costa Blanca) is located in a quiet area and invites you to relax with its large outdoor area (400m ²). With unobstructed views of nature and mountain views, rest is guaranteed. After only 350m you will reach the fine and wide sandy beach of Deveses. The beach and the sea are very gently sloping and thus ideal for families with children.
The house is fully equipped and has two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom and a living and dining area including a very well equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi (included in the rental price) and satellite TV are also available. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, shutters and grids.
Outside there are two tables, plenty of seating, sun loungers, parasols and a charcoal grill. There is also an awning in the patio area, which can provide the necessary shade.
A large communal pool is also available and only about 80m from the house.
Even in the winter months, the sun can be enjoyed the whole day on the property, there are no larger buildings around and the south side is not built by an adjacent green zone. If it should be colder, the open fireplace and / or the in-house infrared heater will generate the necessary heat.
Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are plentiful between a distance of 500m and 5km.
The city of Denia with its beautiful old town and the marina can be reached after about 12km.

Wundervoll!!!!!
Wir haben zwei Monate in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt!Die Lage ist unschlagbar,man ist nicht so beengt wie in manch anderen Urbanisationen, sondern hat einen freien Blick.Das Grundstück ist grosszügig und sonnig.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist gepflegt und geschmackvoll,Betten sind superbequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet.
Der Strand ist gut fussläufig erreichbar,zu unserer Zeit war er fast menschenleer.
Die nahgelegene Poolanlage haben wir zu unserer Zeit nicht genutzt,machte aber einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage zwischen Oliva und Denia ist super im Hinblick auf Einkäufe und Sightseeing.
Mit unserem Hund haben wir lange Spaziergänge gemacht,selbst am Strand gab es aufgrund der Saison keine Probleme.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Very beautiful and recommendable!
We spent a week in this wonderful holiday home with our two small children and are really very enthusiastic. A very quiet location and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach is very fine and the water is nice and clean. The garden is very well kept and a nice size. We will definitely travel there again.
