Apartment Ema is a large comfortable apartment with two triple bedrooms and a living room with a single sofa bed. One bathroom, two balconies and a terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned lounge. WiFi, parking and air conditioning are included at no extra charge.
Baby cot (with linen) and feeding chair are included in the price.
Outside is a terrace with outdoor furniture. In the garden we have a 3 meter wide trampoline for your children, and a fully equipped barbecue where you can prepare your dinners
The apartment is surrounded by a yard of 800 square meters.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located 700m from the sandy beach Bijeca, 200m from the center, 1300m from two shopping centers, 700m from the archaeological site of Vižula, so that everything can be done without a car.
Nearby are restaurants, a small shop, a bakery and bicycle rental. About 10 minutes walk is a sandy beach, 20 minutes to a rocky beach. The two supermarkets are also a 15-20 minute walk away.
The bay of Medulin has many small islands that you can visit by boat trip, as well as the Kamenjak Natural Park, which is accessible by boat or 15 minutes by car. Medulin is a great place for diving, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, kytesurfing, biking ...

Perfect
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Medulin. The flat and the garden were perfect. The garden is fantastic with a private barbecue and cosy seating areas. The large property invites you to play badminton or ping-pong, so the children can let off steam. It is in a quiet location but still very central and you can walk everywhere quickly, whether to the supermarket, restaurant or beach.
The equipment of the flat is very good, everything you need is there.
The landlords are very cordial and helpful. You can ask them anything and they will always help you
On arrival, there were welcome drinks and fresh fruit and there were sweets for the kids, which we found very nice
We also noticed that the flat was very clean and furnished with love
So we recommend this flat with a clear conscience.
