Villa Vale is a newly furnished holiday home, just minutes from the beautiful beaches on the east coast of Istria. The house has a spectacular view over the valley, surrounded by peaceful nature, olive groves, vineyards and small charming stone walls. The village of Presika is very quiet, with good people who make unique Istrian wine, olive oil, cheese and ham.
The villa has 5 newly and beautifully decorated bedrooms and sleeps up to 10. There are 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, comfortable living room with a bathroom
large TV and a large dining table. Many large windows provide plenty of light and give you a wonderful view of the valley.
The large balcony with a comfortable sofa is one of the best features of the house. Imagine watching the sunset, enjoying a cold glass of good Istrian wine surrounded by complete tranquility. In the private garden there is also a private swimming pool with sun loungers.

Only 3 km from the sea and wonderful beaches. From the tourist center of Rabac only 5 km. Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with innumerable galleries and art studios of local artists who hold the legacy of their ancestors. You can also enjoy in Istrian taverns with various oils, wine, cheese and ham.

Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
