The large and bright apartment, with 90 m² and 3 bedrooms, has enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It also includes a 12 m² sun terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast. An infrared sauna for 2 people is available for your personal use (integrated into the apartment). The open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home. Everything is on the ground floor and thus accessible without stairs. Bed linen and towels are included. Many hiking and biking routes pass by the house. Two mountain bikes are available as well as many outdoor games. The ski slope runs right next to it so off you go :-) - you can easily get to the large ski area with the ski bus that runs regularly. Ideal starting point for a family vacation!

Our vacation apartment is located above Mühlbach right at the Hochkeil ski area and only 30 meters from the bus stop.
Right next to the house is the ski slope, and many of the most beautiful hikes start here.
Large garden with a grill and a small stream where children can play.
The breathtaking view of the Hochkönig completes the whole experience.
