Description
On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a large kitchen/living room. In the new fitted kitchen you will find everything your heart desires. A microwave, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker/filter size 2, egg boiler, kettle and sufficient cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen area ends with a dining table with four chairs.
In the spacious living area there is a sofa set with two armchairs and a stool, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Through the living room you reach the sun terrace. You can end a beautiful day here on comfortable garden furniture.
The entire ground floor area is equipped with underfloor heating.
On the upper floor are the master bedroom with double bed, the children's room with two single beds and the bathroom with shower, WC, towel warmer, washbasin and floor heating.
As a further highlight, the reading room with additional flat screen TV invites you to relax
For the little guests there is a travel cot and a high chair available.
A storage room for bicycles and a private parking space round off this luxurious offer.

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.
Of course, the surrounding area also invites you to go for long walks or bike rides, where you can let the fresh sea air blow around your nose.
The surrounding towns and villages are also worth a visit. For example, Norden with its pedestrian zone, the Ludgeri Church and its numerous museums, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour or the beautiful castle park in Lütetsburg.

We would like to come back again if the double bed were replaced, as the creaking and squeaking disturbed our sleep. Otherwise, it was a wonderful vacation, and the house was very well equipped.

Accommodation as described, thanks.
The pictures of the accommodation correspond to reality. It was nice to see that everything fit so well.
It was important for us that the cooking facilities were good, as I depend on them. That was easily possible.
You can sit and relax on the terrace.
The proximity to the beach and bakery (5 minutes on foot), as well as the 10-minute distance (by car) to Lidl, DM, Aldi, Combi, and Netto are correct. A few minutes further, there is an Edeka and then a Kaufland. Here are some more shops included.
Since we were in the parallel street last year, everything was familiar to us. For someone without this experience, it might be important to get confirmation of this.

Hessenlichter as guests in Norden-Norddeich
We, 2 adults and 1 teenager, felt very comfortable in the holiday home Gisa.
We wanted for nothing and the location is unique.
Short distances to the bakery, the dyke, the beach and the local restaurants and shops.
The nearest shops (ALDI, LIDL, Roßmann, TEDI and beverage market) can be reached in 10 minutes by car towards the north.
It was not our first holiday in Norddeich and certainly not our last.
We thank you for the wonderful stay and wish you all the best for the future.
