Our holiday home "Seepferdchen" is located in the dreamlike setting of sea, beach, dunes and forest. Just a few steps and you have a wonderful white sandy beach under your feet. There you can take long beach walks to Sellin, or in the other direction to Göhren. The beach is only slightly sloping and therefore also very suitable for children. It is only a 10-minute walk to the Baltic resort of Baabe. There is a long beach road with many small shops and cafes that invite you to stroll and linger. The Baltic resort of Baabe is a state-recognised health resort. A wide range of leisure and wellness activities, such as massages or chalk packs, let you forget the stress of everyday life here.

Perfect
We had a very nice vacation! The accommodation is great, very nice facilities, everything you need for a nice vacation is available. Unfortunately, it is already booked for next year, otherwise we would have booked it again.

Sehr schönes Haus in bester Lage
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt . Die Ausstattung ist super und sehr geschmackvoll .
Man hat alles ,um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu bekochen . Die Lage zum Strand ist einzigartig. Da es im OG bei Hitze und Windstille sehr warm wird , wäre es schön, wenn je Schlafraum 1 Ventilator vorhanden wäre.

Top Haus
Das Haus ist phantastisch und total sauber.
Wir hatten noch nie so ein tolles Haus, wo alles gestimmt hat.
Egal ob es von der Küchenausstattung über die Betten in jedem Schlafzimmer, sind einfach top.

3 Generationen - Urlaub
Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die 3jährigen Zwillinge waren vom Meer begeistert.
Die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Service
Das Haus war super schön und super sauber. Wir hatten noch nie ein Haus wo es an nichts fehlte. Hier wurde jedoch alles liebevoll bedacht. Mit dem Service der urlaubsagentur Rügen waren wir jedoch nicht zufrieden. Aufgrund der coronalage hatten wir natürlich die ein oder andere Frage auf die uns nicht geantwortet wurde. Vor der Restzahlung wurde uns auch zb versprochen, dass wir Info bekommen ob zb Karl s wieder geöffnet hat etc. Als wir dann bezahlt hatten, bekamen wir keinerlei Reaktionen mehr. Wir wussten nicht mal ob wir wegen corona anreisen durften. Sind dann auf gut Glück losgefahren. Das macht nicht den besten Eindruck. Das Haus jedoch war 1a und liebevoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet. Bis auf dem Service der Agentur war der Urlaub perfekt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gerade in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht.
Die Heizung erfolgt elektrisch, was sich im Winter ordentlich auf die Nebenkosten auswirkt. Damit muß man aber rechnen und kann mit Kaminfeuerung etwas kompensiert werden.
Ein Bezug mit 8 Personen ist möglich durch die Schlafcouch, was aber durch die aufsteigende Wärme der Heizung/Kamin etwas einschränkt. Um angenehm schlafen zu können, muß man durch Lüften die teure Wärme wieder rauslassen.
Dennoch kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Gute Lage, angenehmer Urlaub
Das Haus ist in einem ordentlichen sauberen Zustand, alles notwendige ist vorhanden. In der Nähe können problemlos die Frühstücksbrötchen beschafft werden, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in gut erreichbarer Nähe.
Negativ fiel uns der hohe Stromverbrauch durch Heizung etc. auf.

Super Tolles Haus
